Explore two of Utah's premier national parks -- Bryce Canyon and Zion -- in this two-day, one-night tour through amazing red, pink and white sandstone formations. During your adventure, you'll visit both parks on an air-conditioned bus with the help of a knowledgeable tour guide.
Be sure to pack comfortable shoes and clothes because you'll want to explore these national parks that epitomize the West.
Bryce Canyon National Park
After being picked up at the hotel, you'll travel to Bryce Canyon, a giant natural amphitheater created by erosion along the eastern side of the Paunsaugunt Plateau. Bryce is home to distinctive geological formations called hoodoos. These red, orange and white spires provide spectacular views. Enjoy pictures from the rim or hike down to see the hoodoos up close.
You'll camp overnight or stay in a 3-star hotel (additional fee). This tour is for a small group with a maximum of 13 guests. Solo travelers will share a tent or room with a fellow traveler of the same gender.
Cut by the Virgin River, Zion Canyon is a photographer's paradise and an outdoor enthusiast's dream. The park offers walks and hikes for every fitness level that will take you among amazing sandstone formations. Explore what's been called the best half-day hike in the Southwest -- a narrow ridgeline to Angels Landing -- or try a river hike deep in the Narrows.
Want a less challenging experience? Stroll around the Emerald Pools trail, enjoy the Temple of Sinawava, the Great White Throne, Weeping Rock and visit the interpretive Human History Museum where park rangers offer informational talks on the patio.
After enjoying Zion the tour group will return to Las Vegas around 7 p.m.
This tour includes a fun and knowledgeable guide, transportation in an air-conditioned, 13-passenger tour bus and accommodations in a two-person tent with foam sleeping pad and sleeping bag.
