We had a great time on this tour, the views were great, had nice stops in between, and our tour guide Adam from Adventure Photo Tours was wonderful. We had several Teens in our group who originally felt this trip was going to be too long and ended up saying they were glad we ended up taking it at the end. We felt that the cost of this tour was a bit pricey at first but well worth it.

The tour is really good. Pick up on time in your hotel. Little breakfast. First stop at hoover dam. Then you go to the grand canyon: eagle point, guano point and the ranch with cowboys. Our guide was George: fantastic! Lunch at the ranch was good. Skywalk is not included, this is not good. Overall I reccomend this tour

Rated 5 out of 5 by VegasVacationer954 Great tour guide, awesome experience
First of all Vegas.com fails to give you any details about the tour such as the tour company, and the details of the meals provided. This I find incredibly ridiculous. So let me tell you: the company providing the tour is "Adventure Photo Tours", breakfast is provided (small bag breakfast - muffin, string cheese, granola bar, small bottle of orange juice), lunch is provided in that it is included with your Grand Canyon ticket which you are given upon arrival at the Hualapai reservation and there are 3 options regarding food selection (one at each location within the visitor area - Guano Point, Eagle Point, and Hualapai Ranch), bottled water is provided (as much as you want), and sunscreen is provided (I brought my own, not sure what SPF protection they provide).
Our tour guide was great - willing to stop when bathroom breaks needed, able to answer questions, cracked jokes and just created a very light and enjoyable experience. (Thanks Clayton!)
We were given 3 hours to see all 3 of the visitor areas I mentioned before (Guano Point, Eagle Point, and Hualapai Ranch) and that was a reasonable amount of time. We were able to eat lunch, visit each location, and take all the photos we wanted within that time period. However, I should mention that my party did not participate in any of the activities at the Ranch so when I think about this maybe there really wasn't enough time to do everything. On this day the lines for buses were quite long, but the buses always arrived within a few seconds of each other so at first one bus would arrive, then another and another. We never had to wait for another round of buses, just had to wait while the line cleared out and buses were loaded.
My only complaint would be that it was not made 100% clear that if we were delayed in reaching the parking area on time that the bus would NOT leave without us. However, I suspected that this was the case because there were only 10 of us on this particular day and the venue was quite busy. Still, it would be nice to know up front in case of delays. As it turns out some people were delayed by about 30 minutes since they had to wait to get on their helicopter tour so we had enough time to look around the gift shop afterward while we waited for them to return to the parking area.
I should mention the tour does go to the Hoover Dam, but it does NOT go inside the Dam. You simply take photos from an overlook outside, which is fine since I went to the Dam the day before. The tour also stops briefly at the Joshua forest which is near to the Grand Canyon. In reality the tour stops at 3 locations, not 5. The Canyon venue has 3 locations for visitors to see so those plus the two I mentioned just above are the 5.
Overall a great experience, but if you want to do absolutely everything you would probably feel rushed. I suggest you skip the Ranch activities and just enjoy the Canyon since that's why you take the tour in the first place.

If you have the opportunity to chose a driver, or they assign Dennis as your driver, you will have a GREAT time as did me and my wife. Not only was the Grand Canyon spectacular but Dennis was too. Dennis has a wealth on knowledge about the surrounding area, the Grand Canyon and movies. To enlighten the mood of what might have been a boring ride, Dennis provided us with comic relief and a movie trivia. I highly recommend Dennis and RES Adventures if you plan a Grand Canyon trip. RES Adventures and Dennis thank you for providing me and my wife with a memorable trip-- see you again soon, we hope. I would have included a few pics but the site wouldn't allow the upload.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bethlynnpt More than just a tour, it was an education
Excellent guides. They really took an interest in the guests on tour. They took photos for us and made sure that everyone enjoyed themselves. There was so much education. I have been to the Hoover Dam area before, but did not know all the details given on the tour. It was excellent in all ways.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Sam1984 Great features
The tour was great, however, we felt in a hurry throughout the trip. We wanted to stay a bit longer at some spots, but the time was short. In addition, we requested the driver to lower the air conditioning several times, as it was blasting and uncomfortably cold. But it wasn't heeded.
Also, from the pictures, we thought the skywalk was included as part of the package, however, it was not. Maybe, we didn't read the description clearly, however, the picture of the package showing skywalk seems a bit misleading. A stop at a fast food to get some breakfast would have been better, as the driver only stopped at a hotel for bathroom break. The snack provided early morning wasn't enough.
For the price we paid, we kept wondering whether it would have been a better idea to rent the car instead.
