Grand Canyon Experience

SPECTACULAR is how I would sum up in one word this magnificent tour. I want to thank Jessica at Vegas.com for her amazing Support after we had a few issues. I had given up on being able to take this tour which was going to be the highlight of my trip. Jessica did not give up and continued to help make this fantastic tour happen. My son and I are forever grateful to Jessica and Vegas.com for unrelenting assistance and to Papillon Grand Canyon tours. Don’t miss this one !!! The best tour. And if you encounter any thing that needs changing phone Vegas.com immediately, not the tour guide!

I was disappointed that we did not fly over the canyon. We flew over the river. Would only have take a minute flight time. I am sure you have a reason to not due that

Booked for 10am slot and paid. Got a call the following day(the day I left For vegas) and got told the slot I booked for was fully booked Could I make the 1:30 slot) ok fine…I had nothing else booked. Pick up at 11:30. Again got a call at 11 that pick up was now at 12. On time but from there drove for about another hour picking up everyone and then put to boulder airport.(not accurate in the description of the tour) got on plane and pretty incredible. Arrived at Grand Canyon and realised it was a ‘walk around yourself your’ As incredible as it was, the description of the tour needs to be precise. Make it clear to travelers when, who, how long etc because it’s NOT clear. Flight back….OMG deathly silent as we all were all busy writing our eulogies.

The bus picked us up in front of our lodging . . . on-time . . . and headed out to the Boulder City air facility. The pilot addressed/briefed the passengers) in both Spanish and English. He and his first officer were/are professionals . . . with a great deal of prior experience. They were both engaging and also responsive to our questions. We felt a great deal of confidence in their knowledge, skills, and abilities. The personnel at the Grand Canyon were, for the most part, helpful and personable. The Dehavilland Twin-Otter was clean, neat, got us in to the landing strip near the Canyon site . . . and got us out with no problems. The waiting rooms were clean, well-lighted, etc. The bus ride back to the hotel lodging in Las Vegas was uneventful.

Everything was as advertísed ,it was a great experience I definitely recommend Vegas .com
