Rated 5 out of 5 by Domzki Quality yet inexpensive trip
Tour included a lot of stops to quite a number of sceneries and the travel guide was very knowledgeable and cared a lot for the well-being of the passenger tourists. He even offered to take pictures for each of the passengers who brought their own camera. Overall, the tour was fantastic! I would definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by GeorgiaDeb Great small group tour
This was a wonderful experience. Our group was 12 people. I think what made the tour special was our driver and tour guide Marty. Not only was he very attentive to our every need, but he was also extremely knowledgeable. The whole way, he pointed out and explained the features of the landscape and kept it interesting with lots of history. Not only did I enjoy experiencing the Grand Canyon, but I learned a lot too. Thanks Marty for a great trip!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sham Great experience
Barry was our Tour Guide and he was awesome. I'm not a morning person, so 6am pickup is dubious for me. He was nice enough to leave me alone until I woke up and from there he was fun and interactive without being annoying. He showed videos that were relevant and was accommodating to everyone on the tour. We really enjoyed our experience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dboss Great food, informed guide and amazing views
We enjoyed the tour immensely. From the prompt pickup and tasty snacks and meals. Our guide knew quite a bit of the history of the area and was engaging and informative. He gave us some quiet time to relax but answered questions when asked and shared some of his history and wealth of knowledge. A long day, but great value for the price!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by notsatisfiedcustomer We do not recommend this tour at all!
We attended your Grand Canyon South Rim VIP Tour on Friday 21st of October 2016.
My husband and I attend every year at least 4 guided tours in the world and write a very popular travel blog. We must say, we were really intensely disapointed. The tour wasn't worth the money at all!!! Firstly, a guided tour for that price requires a guidance through everything with historic facts and not only the transport with some archaic videos. I can watch videos by myself if I wanted to. Basically we paid only for transport. That's unacceptable. Secondly, the route 66 stop was a joke. You should skip that part in your tour. The spot isn't nice and the route 66 plate isn't special aswell. Thirdly, the stop at the grand canyon was nothing more than a touristic, ununique spot. We were left to walk by ourselves for only 2 miles and we already headed back. The guide should have come with us and tell us about the canyon - like... guide!! (we know he had to stay by the car for inspection reasons. well then, a second guide should be with us!). We should also have gone to the river in the canyon, since that is one of the most famous things about the canyon. So instead of stopping at the point that we went to and leave the guests alone to walk 2 hours, we should have been guided and we should have gone to another spot as well where we can see the river. Fourthly, the food was also not of any high quality. It should be a VIP tour, we paid a lot of money. So the "breakfast" was nothing but snacks full of sugar. I stayed hungry and had to buy a burrito at 9 AM. Same for lunch. The sandwich was made without love and it was small. For future guests, please tell them to bring their own stuff, if you are not planing to change something about your mealplan. And lastly, on the way back we watched a world war 1 movie with James Franco. What does this movie have to do with the tour?! If I wanted to watch a movie, I can watch it by myself! So please, if you already do not want to guide, as a person, like telling us about historic stuff, so that we get back from the tour with more knowledge, then at least let us watch something that fits to the tour subject. The most funny thing was, that we weren't allowed to talk to each other during the movie. That's really unacceptable. If people want to watch freetime movies, they should do it at home. So if the guide is not guiding, and the movie is not about what the point of the tour was, then please leave us in peace during the ride, like talk to each other and to the other guests. Learn something from them, chat, and make connections.
This feedback has nothing to do with the guide as a person. He was very kind and funny. But the concept of the tour is really unacceptable.
We hope that you change something in future. Add more educative stuff to it. Make people feel fulfilled at the end of the tour. Make them KNOW more. Make them have seen the most possible thing. Don't call your tour VIP if its nothing more than a transport. We booked VIP because it promises a certain quality. But it didn't reach that level at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RevBass Overall, a great tour for the price.
Great day-long tour. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and used the extensive driving time to show videos of the two sights we visited. The breakfast and lunch items provided were a great bonus considering the long day, although the lunch salad was fairly sparse. Appreciated having a smaller bus and smaller group of fellow travelers who were all prompt and friendly. Also appreciated the options for walking distances at the Grand Canyon. We did the last drop-off and still saw plenty. The only downside of this tour is seeing on the southern rim of the Canyon; a different perspective would have been great - but I guess that is a different tour....
