This is an awesome raft trip down the river. Beautiful scenery and our guide, Jeff, was knowledgeable and fun. Definitely do it again. The only negative was the bus driver on the way back passed my hotel and dropped me off at the adjacent hotel telling me to go up one floor (after going thru the casino) and take a walkway, or cross a busy 4 lane road. It wasn't a big deal, just figured I should be picked up and dropped off at the same location.

This tour was stating a start time of 7am but we had no idea that we had to be ready for pick up from our hotel at 5.30am. So bear this in mind when making this booking and even though it states 11 hours, that time includes pick-up and drop off time not necessarily 11 hours of adventure. Be prepared for some waiting around and a weigh in even though they don't disclose what your weigh in result is. Friendly and lovely people and the rafting was amazing. Well informed tour guides. Lunch that is given is pretty basic - small wrap, water, apple and biscuit snack. You get to keep the plastic water bottle and thermo lunch container as a momento. Overall it was a great experience a long day with some waiting in between. Make sure you take a hat and sun screen and apply regularly. Water is always icy cold but not so on the boat as there is no shelter to avoid interrupting the views.
