Really enjoyed the express tour. We liked how we could wonder off on our own and look around.

Well first of all you're on a large bus that picks up at MANY hotels... so you might be on the bus a sort time or a long time - bus roulette. The biggest complaint (voiced by everyone) was that you don't proceed directly to the tour - the operator takes you to their Registration Office to "Check In" where you stand in line quite a while to basically receive a wristband (which could have been given to you as you boarded the bus). The REAL reason for the lengthy stop is to try to up-sell you - limo and helicopter upgrades, a bad gift shop, a well maned food booth, tickets to every other Vegas tour... all while two poor attendants service a very long unnecessary line for "checking in." NEVER AGAIN.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Minn55 Dam tour was Great, bus service was poor
The dam tour was very good but not enough time was allowed.
The bus stopped for photos at the welcome to Las Vegas sign, full bus but only 4 - 5 got off to take photos, TOTAL waste of time. Even thought it was Spring Break week & the tour company KNEW the lines would be long, additional time was not provided. Only 2 hours at the dam & the 1st hour was spents in line. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Kept trying to sell upgrades to fill premium tours (private limo, aerial tour). It's disappointing when you spend 6 hours but only 1 hour viewing the Hoover Dam, rest in travel, lines or wasted stops. Would NEVER recomment this tour. If you want to see Hoover Dam, sign up with one of the smaller tours (Pink Jeep is very good.)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Tonya7f3 Great way to see the Hoover Dam if you are pressed for time
This was a great way to see the Hoover Dam. Our guide was great and the company even allowed us to switch the time of our tour once we realized it was Super Bowl Sunday. Highly recommend this tour. Bus was comfortable and made the trip relaxing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nottoohappy Not what was promised
We never went to the Las Vegas sign.
We had to cut the tour short just so two people could get the helicopter ride
We were dropped off blocks from our hotel because evidently "there was an alarm on the bus and the driver could not guarantee that it would not break down" so we had to walk back to our hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Avee31 The description did not match the actual tour.
We expected to be picked up at the hotel at 8:45am so we were ther at around 8:30am. The bus came at 9:30am. It was almost an hour late. And then we had to pick up some more passengers, and I guess that was the reason we were not able to go to the Welcome To Las Vegas sign, which was included in te tour according to the description. Also, Lake Mead was also part of the tour, which we did not went to either. I know this is the "express tour", but I did not expect it to be that quick.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Casey2015 Dam Tour
The tour took longer than we originally planned to spend on it. The tour time was 1:30pm, but you had to be ready to go at 12:00pm for pick-up time. Then, the tour bus drops everyone off at their hotels and it takes forever. So, we got off at another hotel which was perfectly okay with the bus driver. I think the tour bus should offer a few pick-up and drop off spots for everyone instead of taking everyone to their hotel front door. It will definitely make the pick-up and drop off time quicker for everyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jonesie67 Highly recommended even if you've been once ages ago.
I have knowledge of the Dam from history classes and a few movie specials but seeing it in person can only be summed up in one word -
AWESOME. Plan to go again on a future trip to Vegas.
