Rated 4 out of 5 by Chappellc This product has some awesome features!
This tour is a must-see for everyone visiting Vegas. The guides were extremely informative and they brought a very positive quality to the tour. Even the guards at the security check joked with us on the tour. The tour takes you through the history of the Dam from past to present.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DCSCHWPE Needs more time at the Dam.
We were picked up 25 minutes late. We were told they would be at our hotel by 11:30 and the driver picked us up at 11:55. We made our way to the Dam but were not given enough time to actually see everything there. We had to get back to the bus by 2:30 in order to take others traveling with us to the airport for their flight of the Grand Canyon. Stopped at the Chocolate place but that time should have been spent at the Canyon. The tour guide was good, he knew his history and the bus was comfortable and driver did a good job.

The tour itself was fun, not too long, not too short, but still informative. We were picked up almost a half hour late, so we were nervous that our pickup had been missed, but they eventually picked us up. Our guide was nice enough, but had the most monotone voice (reminiscent of "Bueller...Bueller") he also stumbled over his words a lot, and talked about himself as much as the surrounding area. The view at the dam is wonderful, and we had lots of fun taking pictures. We were there for just under two hours, and honestly, we needed a little more time. The tour took place over lunchtime, and there was not enough time to grab lunch at the cafe, so we were starving by the time we returned to Vegas. Overall, the tour itself is fantastic; the guide, his rambling running commentary, and the time allotted at the dam - not so much.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Craig55 The tours and shows were great.
Our guide was excellent explaining about the Vegas history. But in her enthusiasm about the area we drove right by the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and missed it completely!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Charbro Hoover dam off the bucket list
This tour picks you up at your hotel and drops you off. Keep in mind it also does this for all the other hotels. It is a 6 hour tour. Two hours are at Hoover Dam. The tour consists of going down in a crowded elevator to a room with a guide, then going up one floor to another room with your guide. After the tour, you can walk around and sight see. Bucket list-check. Most of your time is spent on the bus.Your guide can make or break your experience. On the way home, you stop at the chocolate factory which was cool. Cost was $70. We would have preferred to go with a company that is smaller because 4 hours were on the bus coming and going. If you are looking to kill time, its fine but we couldn't wait to get off the bus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ranger8133 A great trip and a very entertaining guide
I had been on a Hoover Dam tour during a previous trip, but this trip was much better than previous trip. The tour guide, Memel, made the trip between the resort and the dam one of the most entertaining trips I have ever taken. She was very familiar with Vegas history and provided the group with several laughs with her sense of humor.
