My husband and I used the explorer card on our Honeymoon. We were able to do some fun things on a budget. We saved an average of 33% at each place we went with this card. It is totally worth it!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Tracy2016 Too much work to make this pass happened.
The Madame Tussaud museum clerk didn't know want to do and she wouldn't validate the pass so I called Vegas.com and they said Madame Tassaud should have provided me with a validated pass. We go back up to the desk and to tell them what Vegas.com customer representative said and it took them over 40 minutes to resolve the issue.

We went to Marame Tussauds, the high roller and the stratosphere on the pass. All great experiences plus price is worth it. We had originally intended on catching a show with the pass but ran out of time. Highly recommend you print out confirmation page bc they need a hard copy.

Good deal for the money! We went on the high roller, to Vegas! The Show, and Madame Toussads. It was a family trip for 2 adults, 1 teen, 1 preteen. Lots of fun, great price. The High Roller didn't charge for my 10 years old so we went to Planet Hollywood Restaurant in Cesears to eat and it was really great.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DisappointedTraveler Difficulty obtaining Explorer Pass
The Explorer pass was a good deal for my friends and I as we all wanted to do both Madame Tussauds and CSI: The Experience. We did have 2 major issues with the Explorer Pass though - One was fixed and was fine but the other one was a major disappointment. My friends and I were extrememly dissapointed that we had to wait over an hour for the Explorer Pass at Madame Tussauds and the customer service we had there was very poor. Rian D - who was the one working at the front of Madame Tussauds that day had a bad attitude. The information in the email that we recieved from Vegas.com said that we only needed our ID to pick up our passes and to keep the email as reference. When we arrived Madame Tussauds insisted that we needed a QR code from Vegas.com to get our explorer passes. After much deliberation and showing the manager all of our emails they decided that as long as we forwarded them a screen shot of our emails then we can have our explorer passes. Unfortunetly this whole process took way too long and people who came after us got their explorer passes. When I asked Rian why other visitors got their pass before us even though we had arrived before and sent them our email he just responded that he had no idea and would have to ask his manager. He called his manager and told me that he can not process our request yet and that he had to assist other customers. My friends and I stepped to the side and watched him work for another 10-15minutes. I then went to ask him again if he received news from his manager and it was then that he told me that earlier his manager said that she did not receive our email yet and recommended that we send it again. We did and while we waited we asked Rian why they needed to print our screen shots in order to process our Explorer Passes. Rian explained that the screenshots were needed for filing purposes. I asked that since it was simply for filing purposes if he could work from the screen shots on our phones first while his manager printed the screenshots of our emails to file. Rian refused and said he needed a hard copy before he did anything. It was extremely frustrating to see such bad customer service from Madame Tussauds in order to simply pick up the Explorer Pass. Another issue we came across was when my friends and I went to our 3rd experience at the Planet hollywood Restaurant, I was told that my card was already scanned before and that I could not redeem my 3rd experience. After called Vegas.com things were sorted out. I very much appreciated how this problem was solved a lot faster but it could have also been avoided.
