Poor customer service, lacking essentials
Aug 2, 2016
When we got there, the guy at the front desk couldnt find our confirmation in which he had to get the supervisor. So we stood out front for 10 minutes. They charged $7.00 for parking, seriously? Then we got a soda at "mikes" i forget the rest of the name, I ask the the cashier for the straw and lid and she said "we dont offer straws here, only for icee's!" All the staff aren't customer service oriented. The lifeguards seem to be dancing more than paying attention to the people swimming. At the wave pool, a lifeguard wouldn't let me get an inner tube. He kept saying "ill get one in 5 minutes" and just let other people get one saying "its for my supervisor!" Liar!!! To top it all off, i needed a bag to put the wet clothes in and when I asked every single staff member...not one had a plastic bag. It's no wonder they charge for parking and don't offer straws because this company will soon be going down the drain!

It´s a good water park and we had a lot of fun. But we took about 1 hour in a line to get in the park. :/

spent the entire day there. Only problem we had, was getting them to get us a cab back to the hotel. We started asking at 7:30. We needed a cab for 5 people, only a car showed up. By 9:00 we were still waiting, but it was so dark in the parking lot, that we walked away. Being new to the area, we spent 20 minutes walking, made it to Ace's bar and grill, asked them to call us a cab. Not only did they get us a cab, they were even nice enough to give us water and a place to rest while waiting. I highly recommend that you find a different way there

This was all because they needed to see a confirmation system... which i couldn't show them cause i did not have my laptop with me. This is a very weird system they have... It has never happen to me before.
