Grate Value! Right in a middle of the strip! The room is very spacious and has lot of lights. I had a nice view on the strip. The hotel has Victorian style decor. I would say it's a little creepy but in a good way. I got sense of place been hunted and I felt adventuress. It is not a fancy Vegas resort. It's just a small hotel. But I like the price i had paid for a big room. This hotel definitely has its own unique character! I am very picky hotel guest but I hadn't find anything that I wouldn't like about this place for the price I paid. January 7, 2013
Vegas December 2012 Hotel is closing for renovation so it doesn’t really matter. Strip side rooms can be really noisy. Overall though not a bad stay. Hotel is centrally located so you are close to everything. If you are going to do a lot of site seeing get a bus pass. Their cheap and it saves you a lot of time and energy. December 12, 2012
Good location - it needs the remodeling - also needs new management Would NOT come back with our spouses. Would not want them to see the parade of young ladies exiting the hotel each morning. Floor workers, waitresses, bar tenders (Bubba) were excellent. Management seemed unconcerned - for example had a video poker machine jam - waited ten minutes - finally went and found a supervisor - he proceeded to explain how the machine should have notified a technician - I don't need to hear that. The technician on the other hand was excellent. Booked two rooms with doubles - ended up with 2 with kings. Rooms are advertised as having fridge and safe - later told those are only in the suites. Time to go back downtown. December 3, 2012
I'm not sure what to think. The customer service at Bill's was exceptional. The room was very nice, and kept clean. The price and location were excellent, but............ There was a "lady of the evening" across the hall from us. The constant door slamming all night was not well-received. There was a man outside our window with his car trunk open. He yelled the entire first night of our stay. November 29, 2012
Central Location BUT..... This place is going to be remodeled, so our experience might not apply for the future. Having said that: staff is friendly but they need to spend a night in the BAD rooms so when a customer is upset they know how to respond. Instead of saying "I never had anyone complain" or " elevators are not THAT noisy". We had Room 232. At 2am we had the engineer come and check out the noise (thought it was rumbling plumbing, but after 1/12 hr!) He said elevator shaft and told front desk to change room! We got a junior suite at 3am. Next day we moved to a nonsmoking 2 beds room 243 (there went the romance). Rooms are big. Bathrooms are OK size. Clean. Bare, no fridge, coffeemaker, even in suite. Venetian Cafe food good, not cheap. Compare Flamingo next door, Imperial Palace, Ballys all on the strip for best price and amenities. November 27, 2012
Great location, room was wonderful, staff is fun and informative. Bill's provided everything I needed in Las Vegas. I was in town for a convention, and needed a clean, well located, value priced hotel. Bill's lived up to that expectation. Comfortable room, clean shower and bathroom, working thermostat made for a wonderful stay. If anything was average, it was the restaurant, needed to be a touch better, but not a deal breaker. Heck, I even won a little playing roulette. I have to go back to Vegas again, and Bill's is my place. Tim P. from Ohio November 17, 2012
Excellent Location This hotel was conveniently located mid-strip. The action inside the small but lively casino was always exciting. The dealers and waitresses were friendly and the crowd was there to have fun. For the price that we paid on VEGAS.com for this hotel, you can't go wrong. November 15, 2012
Mixed review I had always wanted to stay at this hotel at least one time because I have always liked to gamble there. I have been regularly going to Vegas for over 20 years. I was disappointed in the stay. Wi-Fi was not free...it was expensive. There were also other add-ons you don't normally expect and there was no coffee pot in the room. The room was clean and spacious but where I was located there was a lot of street noise at night. That being said, the location is great. The restaurant is good and parking is about the best on the Strip. I didn't use the pool. Of course, its still a good place to gamble. November 13, 2012
