A Hoover Dam Express

The Hoover Dam is a must see! Our tour bus was driven by Tony who was extremely knowledgeable about the area and very pleasant. The location was breathtaking. Due to security reasons, the power plant tour was not available. The bus itself was not as described. The tour purchased stated the bus had footrests and a luxury bathroom. We were in a small bus with no footrests and no bathroom. During parts of the ride there the bus/van was shaking so bad that I thought I might have to take my Dramamine for motion sickness. There were several similar tours and I picked this one based on the description of the nice ride. Regardless, we were happy we went.

We had a group of 11 people that were on the trip and it was fantastic! We had our own mini-bus and our driver, Ralph, was fantastic. He had great stories, tons of information and was a true joy to have as our driver. This is a trip worth taking if you are in Vegas!

Skip was an amazing guide! He was very clever as well as informative. This tour was PERFECT! Lets be honest, who wants to spend their whole day on a bus and at the Hoover Dam. NO ONE! That’s why you should book this excursion. Left the Vegas Strip at 8:45 and was back before 1pm! Never felt rushed; finished the trip feeling accomplished!!!

We took this mini tour to be able to see the Dam. Our guide was amazing his name is Skip. Very knowledgeable and delivered it all so tastefully. Skip him self made it so fun we’d go again just to spend another trip with him! For those who have less time to take a full Hoover Dam tour this is ideal.
