That means you can check in any time after the designated check-in time (which varies from hotel-to-hotel) and before 11:59 p.m. PST on your assigned check-in date.

Important note: We don't want to sound like your mother, but it's very important that you call us if you're going to arrive to check in later than 11:59 p.m. PST on your assigned check-in date. If you haven't notified Vegas.com of a later arrival by phone before that deadline, the hotel may consider you a no-show and your entire reservation will be canceled. If your reservation is determined as a no-show it's non-refundable and that's sucks for everyone. We’re here to help you. We understand that plans sometimes change. Unfortunately name and date changes on show tickets and nightclub passes are out of our hands due to policies set forth by showrooms and nightclubs. These policies render show tickets and club passes as non-refundable and non-changeable once purchased.

Not long at all. The folks in our accounting department will process your refund and forward it on to your credit card company immediately. Ultimately, the issuing bank on your credit card is responsible for how soon it will show up on your statement (usually one to two billing cycles). The maximum time allowed for a refund is four to six weeks.
