Laugh it up Vegas, Nick Swardson is bringing his stand-up comedy to The Mirage Las Vegas for a one-night show.
Perhaps best known for his role as Terry Bernadino in TV's "Reno 911!," Swardson's comic career got its start in St. Paul / Minneapolis where he began performing on open mic night at Acme Comedy, Co. He would eventually win the club's award for "Funniest Person in the Twin Cities."
Swardson hit the road performing in comedy clubs in New York and L.A., leading to comic success as a co-writer of 2003's "Malibu's Most Wanted" with Jamie Kennedy and Adam Small. That same year he scored the role of the roller-skating Terry Bernadino on "Reno 911."
Swardson soon caught the attention of Adam Sandler and his Happy Madison Productions company. He would go on to co-write and produce "Grandma's Boy" and "Benchwarmers" and to co-produce "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" with Sandler and Happy Madison Productions. Swardson also appeared in the films "Blades of Glory," "You Don't Mess with the Zohan" "That's My Boy," "30 Minutes or Less" and "Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star."
He's continued to appear on television with roles on "Nick Swardson's Pretend Time" and "Chozen" plus his one-hour stand-up special on Comedy Central - "Seriously, Who Farted?"
