An Evening with John Cleese

John Cleese is ABSOLUTELY AND UTTERLY BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cleese is one of the greatest comedic geniuses of our times. His brilliant career has spanned several decades, but as he turns 80 he continues to age like a fine Chateauneuf du Pape. Still innovative, still surreal, - his genius has become increasingly suffused with an existential wisdom. It is this juxtaposition of the ridiculous and sublime that strikes a powerful subliminal cord in us. May he continue to tickle and inspire us for at least another decade. (The ambiance at the Encore theater was exceptionally good too)!
