Bottiglia serves Italian classics with a modern twist by Chef Brian Massie.
The Tuscan-style food starts with appetizers including char-grilled octopus, beef carpaccio and zucchini flowers filled with lemon ricotta.
House-made pastas include the speciality papperdella Bolognese, a mouthwatering blend of braised short ribs, truffle ricotta and piquillo pepper gravy; and the baked gnocchi arrabiata with spicy calabrian chili, buffalo mozzarella and San Marzano tomatoes.
Other entrees include pan roasted halibut with farro risotto and lobster fra diavolo with spicy cherry pepper and marinara sauce.
Be sure to save room for mouthwatering desserts like lemon poppyseed donuts with blueberry dipping sauce and the strawberry limoncello pannacotta with lemon thyme pound cake.
Bottiglia's weeknight happy hour from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. features many Italian staples, from wood roasted eggplant and classic fontina arancini, to a Caprese salad using the finest Buratta and ripe tomatoes.
A large wine selection includes multiple varietals from many of Italy's celebrated wine appellations. Wines from Napa/Sonoma, Northern and Southern Rhone and other notable growing locations are available as well. Enjoy a glass on the restaurant's expansive outdoor patio.
