Alder and Birch serves prime steaks and other classic American entrees.
Appetizers include oysters, lump crab cake, braised short rib and Kobe beef meatballs. There are also soups and salads available.
House dry-aged steaks include filet mignon, grass-fed ribeye and Wagyu coulette sirloin. Prime steaks include a flat iron steak, bone-in ribeye and New York strip. Top your steak with mushrooms, mustard cabernet sauce, creamed horseradish, Maytag bleu cheese and more.
Other entrees are available including double cut Kurobata pork chop, Jidori chicken breast, Colorado lamb rack, sea bass, wild Pacific salmon and Australian lobster tails.
There are a variety of sides to accompany the entrees like fried quinoa, grilled root vegetables, bleu cheese scalloped potatoes and lobster mac with truffle oil.
