Rivea is the latest restaurant from renowned chef Alain Ducasse. The restaurant, situated high atop the Delano hotel, offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Strip below.
Ducasse serves his take on French and Italian cuisine with menu items inspired by the food markets of Provence and Italy.
Small plates to start with include eggplant caviar, octopus salad, striped bass carpaccio, artichoke and spinach ravioli and more.
For main courses there are a variety of steaks as well as lobster with purple artichokes, crusted chicken breast, rack of Colorado lamb and roasted duck breast.
Be sure to save room for desserts like tiramisu, limoncello baba, chocolate tart and homemade ice cream and sorbet.
For special occasions, book the restaurant's private dining room, which offers spectacular views through floor-to-ceiling windows.
After dinner be sure to head next door to Skyfall Lounge for handcrafted cocktails and a beautiful outdoor patio.
