Salute serves traditional southern Italian cuisine from Chef Luciano Sautto. Dishes include a variety of pastas like truffle tagliatelle, linguini with zucchini flowers, lasagna, baked rigatoni, ossobucco ravioli and gnocchi alla Sorentina. Other entrees are available including a whole roasted and salted branzino, chicken or veal Parmesan, chicken piccata, lemon chicken and seafood misto risotto with shrimp, clams and sea bass.
On the side you'll find things like roasted spaghetti squash, broccolini and a whole roasted tomato.
Save room for tiramisu, toasted coconut cake, homemade gelato, Nutella stuffed bomboloni and Caprese pie with dark chocolate, toasted almonds and baccio gelato.
The wine list boasts Italian favorites and at the bar, guests can enjoy an innovative cocktail program created from fresh ingredients and juices.
