Glutton serves savory meats, locally sourced produce and house-made pastas and seafood from the Pacific Northwest.
You'll find dishes created for diners who are into trying new things. Some of the menu items include lamb crepinettes, clams casino flatbread, whipped ricotta and fresh bread and butter.
Glutton also features barrel-aged cocktails, such as the Glutton for Punishment, with Seagram's gin, Cointreau and Krogstad aquavit, as well as six craft beers on draft and a variety of beers and ciders served in cans and bottles.
Part of Glutton's charm is that it's housed in a renovated mid-century building and maintains the exposed wood roof framing from its original 1955 construction. The restaurant seats approximately 78 patrons indoors with an additional 40 dining seats in a comfortable outdoor enclosed patio.
