Michelin Star chef Julian Serrano brings his first Italian restaurant to Bellagio. The fittingly named Lago overlooks the lake and fountains in front of the hotel through floor-to-ceiling windows and a beautiful outdoor patio space.

Serrano serves a variety of small plates featuring imaginative takes on Italian cuisine. 

Lunch guests can select individual dishes from the menu or choose a three-course prix fixe option. Highlights for lunch include lasagna verde, insalata di mare, salmon and a meatball panini.

For dinner, seafood lovers can indulge in raw seafood including Cedro-marinated shrimp and tuna with blood orange as well as cooked seafood options like octopus and grilled fish.

Classic Italian dishes include pastas like baked cannelloni and creamy red wine risotto and artisanal pizzas. Try the Nduja, topped with gorgonzola and spicy calbrese spread and a Bianca, covered in smoked provolone and arugula.

Lago also offers vegan and vegetarian food such as truffle-style mushrooms, Roman gnocchi with blue cheese, and caponata -- a sweet and sour Sicilian eggplant.

If small plates just aren't enough for you, there is a "Piatti Grandi" section of the menu, for those who want a more indulgent meal like a one-pound bone-in ribeye, red wine braised veal shank and a whole roasted suckling pig.

On Sundays the restaurant serves a prix-fixe three-course brunch that features pastries for the table, antipasti, a choice of entree and a dessert.
