Urban Turban, a Bombay Kitchen and Tapas Bar, features a traditionally international menu filled with a variety of Indian classics. This is Urban Turban's first location in the United States following the success of their New Zealand location.
Chef Vijay Deokar created a menu that fuses an assortment of Indian cuisine styles with American favorites. Tapas style offerings, known as Bombay Bites, include lamb sliders, ginger chicken, salt and pepper calamari and more.
Additionally, Urban Turban offers sharing platters, like the seafood platter, which consists of gunpowder shrimp, curry leaf prawns and fish bites.
One of the highlights of the menu is the bottomless curries with unlimited refills like Himalayan chicken, Bombay lamb masala and many more. The menu has additional options that include soups, salads, breads, rice, noodles and more. Urban Turban also offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Be sure to save room for desserts like the chocolate samosa and in-house made ice cream with flavors that include rose, beetle nut and mango. The Urban Turban bar offers local craft beers on tap, well-matched wines and a specialty cocktail menu that includes the Bourbon Turban, Indian Mule, East India and more.
For lunch there's a traditional Indian buffet for a fixed price. You'll find appetizer, curries, desserts and more. Sample selections include vegetable samosas, chicken tikka masala and goat kadai.
Before you leave the restaurant, take a selfie in an authentic rickshaw named "Turbie," which was imported from India to the United States.
