The Blind Pig Provisions and Lounge, located in the Panorama Towers, is a counter-order restaurant and market serving artisan and seasonal bites. The vintage-inspired lounge offers handcrafted cocktails, craft beers and wine.
Chef Anthony Meidenbauer's menu includes breakfast, lunch and dinner items. For breakfast, enjoy bagels and lox, griddlecakes, greek yogurt and a power wrap with egg whites, chicken, broccoli, spinach and avocado with salsa.
Lunch and dinner menu items include salads like a chicken Caesar, kale and greens and ahi tuna crunch with seared ahi, greens, cabbage, red onion, crispy won tons, bell peppers and a soy peanut dressing.
Appetizers include poutine with crinkle-cut fries with cheese curds and gravy, chicken wings and fingers, and the Spicy Tuna Inside Out with cucumber, avocado with chili mayo, teriyaki glaze and puffed rice.
A variety of pizzas are on the menu including a classic margherita, a sausage, pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and creative concoctions like the Pig Crazy with pepperoni, ham, bacon and sausage.
Other entrees include sandwiches, oven-roasted chicken, steak frites and shrimp and lobster mac 'n' cheese.
