Fleur offers an upscale take on small plate dining. From Chef Hubert Keller, Fleur's diverse, worldly menu features plenty to nibble on for everyone. Vegetarians and carnivores, simple eaters and sophisticated palates can all dine here harmoniously.

For vegetarians, there is a section with savory options like tender gnocchi in a tomato fondue and pesto and creamy onion soup shooters laced with aromatic truffle oil.

For meat lovers, the chicken croquettes are like tender chicken nuggets, served with a garlic cream. There's also a modest-sized pork schnitzel and typical Angus sliders.

Of course, that $5,000 hamburger takes center stage for meat lovers. The FleurBurger 5000 is a sleek combination of Wagyu beef, foie gras and truffle. Not quite the $5,000 experience you were looking for? Perhaps the included bottle of 1995 Château Petrus will sway your decision. If you want the burger, it is available by itself as well.

If you're a cheese lover, the cheese platter offers an assortment of artisan cheese and accompaniments. A highlight on the menu is a large serving of Burrata cheese, served with sliced baguette and a little tomato salad, this creamy silky smooth cheese is a must try. The "in the shower" mac & cheese is a popular item on the menu. Keller, while appearing on "Top Chef Master's," infamously uses the shower of a college dorm room to shock his pasta. While your pasta will not be prepared in the shower, it will have a creamy cheese sauce, lobster and vegetables and a toasted top.

A note about nitrogen: it's served here. Liquid nitrogen is used in the crafting of your favorite frozen cocktails, served tableside. For dessert, the fog-inducing formula is used to make ice cream for the affogato. Liquid Bailey's crème anglaise is mixed tableside with the nitrogen. As the crème anglaise freezes, it becomes a rich, soft, creamy ice cream. The ice cream is then served with a shot of espresso and topped with foam.
