Brand Steakhouse & Lounge is a unique dining experience that sets the trend for steakhouse dining.
The dining room's stunning interior features an open 5,000-square-foot dining room with attached lounge area. Dramatically lit ceiling canopies, soft lighting and an earth-toned palette give Brand a cool casual atmosphere where guests can munch on Executive Chef Brian Massie's steakhouse creations with a twist.
At Brand, diners can feast on bone-in Nebraska steaks, large chops, and a variety of house-made sauces like brandy and green peppercorn and shallot red wine bordelaise. Signature dishes include rack of lamb, a tomahawk rib-eye and a double-decker burger with brie and double-smoked bacon. Other dishes offered are imported Japanese Kobe beef, kurabutto pork prime rib, and lemon-rosemary free range chicken.
The 8.6-pound beef porterhouse certainly sets Brand apart from other steakhouses and give diners something to sink their teeth into. The mammoth cut of meat is served with two house-made sauces and two sides.
