It's hard to deny a restaurant from powerhouse restaurateurs Chef Mario Batali and Winemaker Joseph Bastianich. With B & B Ristorante, centrally located between the Venetian and Palazzo (on the Venetian side,) Batali and Bastianich offers classic, authentic Italian cuisine and wines that perfectly complement the food. The impressive list boasts bottles from every region in Italy.
Try the popular grilled octopus with a light Limoncello vinaigrette for a starter and you won't be disappointed. For pasta, don't miss the homemade orecchiette with a spicy lamb sausage and rapini. Everything about it is simply perfect.
The menu here can change seasonally, but entrees include a whole grilled branzino, duck with winter squash, rabbit porchetta and a veal chop with roasted tomatoes and cipolline. Delicious sides are available to accompany the entrees including Tuscan kale, baby carrots and Brussels sprouts with pancetta.
In addition to the regular dinner menu, B & B Ristorante offers a quick pre-theater menu, which features three courses.
The restaurant is warm, sophisticated and inviting with Italian marble, dark maple wood and lush leather banquettes. B & B is a truly distinctive Italian dining experience.
