Tony Marnell, who created the Rio, is responsible for this gigantic, architecturally distinctive structure, which sits directly across from the runways at McCarran Airport. The restaurant boasts one of the city's most dramatic dining rooms: a metal and glass palace that is equal to any room in the city in terms of elegance.
The large menu is stocked with a number of classic and regional Italian dishes.
Start out with appetizers like stuffed bell peppers, crab cakes or prosciutto rolls -- sauteed prosciutto with fresh mozzarella and eggplant in a creamy tomato sauce with marinated artichokes.
Entrees include short rib risotto, homemade pastas, a variety of fish, veal Marsala, chicken cacciatora, ossobuco and much more.
Panevino also has a large vegan menu for lunch and dinner.
Save room for desserts like New York-style cheesecake, lemon cake, gelato, tiramisu and more.
