Noodles in the Bellagio is a casual-dining restaurant. An open kitchen displays chefs as they prepare authentic Hong Kong-style barbecue dishes and traditional noodle dishes from Thailand, Japan, China and Vietnam. Executive Chef Patrick Lee creates a variety of Asian specialties, including Chinese dim sum, available on the weekends during lunch hours.
Appetizers include satay chicken, oxtail soup, crispy calamari and tempura vegetables. A variety of soups are available including Cantonese dumpling noodle, Mandarin beef stew noodle and Vietnamese seafood pho. Entrees include traditional favorites like kung pao chicken, chow mein noodles, pad Thai, fried rice and barbecued meats. Seafood specialties are also served, featuring abalone, Maine lobster and shrimp with Macadamia nut.
Tempting desserts like mango pudding, chilled lychees and mango sticky rice top off your meal.
