Cili is a gourmet restaurant located on the Las Vegas Strip at the Bali Hai Golf Club. Featuring South Pacific décor, Cili offers American dishes with Thai and Asian influences. Cili also presents an extensive low-carb menu, including appetizers, entrées and desserts. Cili's executive chef, Stan Carroll, previously was the executive chef at Wild Sage Café, now Table 34, in Henderson, Nev., and also worked with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dinning Group.
To start your meal, whether it's after a round of golf or a day on the Strip, try the smoked chicken soup with broccoli and black beans, shrimp and stone crab claws or crab and mango spring rolls.
For your main course, entrée choices include Maine lobster linguini, crisp Chinese duck, grilled beef tenderlion and Tandoori lamb chops, to name a few. The extended list of side dishes features broccoli au gratin, sautéed asparagus, garlic potato purée and steamed jasmine rice.
You've certainly earned your dessert, so choose from crème brûlée with berries, brownie cheesecake with crème de cacao and carmel sauce, Kentucky Derby Pie with bourbon and caramel sauce or banana bread pudding with vanilla ice cream and butter rum sauce.
No matter what your score was on the golf course or what your winnings were at the blackjack table, you will come out a winner at Cili.
