This hotel was only good for the location. Everything else about it was outdated and sub par. The AC unit kept us up all night. It was so old and barely working for the 100+ weather that day. Ever 2 hours I was awaken by what sounded like a generator starting up right next to the bed. The bed itself was ok but the pillows were like rocks, very thick and uncomfortable. I will only stay here again as a last resort.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Nick1234567890 Does not worth to pay for this hotel
I arrived two hours early and they asked me $28 early check in fee and I did not pay and wanted to wait. They did not give my any room until exact check in time 3:00 pm even though there were available rooms.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DrewLB Not worthy of the Day's Inn name.
Don't be fooled...not the quality of a Days Inn you'd expect in any other city in this country. When we woke up next morning...cockroach larvae on floor in middle of room. Had to throw away leftover food.
Whole building including the casino is just sad and should be either renovated to modern or bulldozed.
Cockroaches....just freakin nasty.

by Motorcitysnark An Excellent Room at an Excellent Price
Excellent location: 10 minute drive to/from airport; walking distance to the Strip; immediate access to freeway; 10 minute drive to Fremont Street/downtown Vegas
Comfortable rooms and beds: I had a standard room with two double beds. Each bed featured clean, fresh cotton sheets, three pillows and a firm mattress. The flat screen television was well-placed in an entertainment center/dresser in between the beds and featured multiple basic channels (two in Spanish) as well as complimentary Showtime.
On-site Denny's: Great for early mornings, late nights and any meal in between. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. When I visited, the gift shop - which is where free coffee for guests was supposed to be available - was being remodeled, so there was no free coffee.
Price: $37 before tax and various fees was the highest rate paid (Friday and Saturday) and the weekday rate was $22 before tax and fees. Extended weekend stay was approximately $175 split between two people.
Hotel facilities: Overall, the property is clean and well-kept, especially for its age and proximity to the freeway. The Denny's is bright and recently updated and the staff is friendly, if not particularly quick. The pool, which faced our room, was large and featured adult and kiddie pools, as well as a hot tub. Because it was February, the pool wasn't in full swing, but the weather was perfectly fine for a day sunning or swimming (the weekend of our stay was unseasonably warm, with temperatures in the high 70s/low 80s) and there are ample towels and lounges available.
The casino and the bathrooms, however, are dingy and long-in-the-tooth. The whole lobby/casino/bar area is dark and not particularly welcoming, which may cause someone simply stopping in to rethink staying at the property. However, it you're looking simply for a comfortable bed and a clean room in which to store your things as you see Vegas from dawn to well after dusk, this is an excellent, affordable option.
The Wi-Fi: Slow at best, non-existent at worst. OF COURSE, there's an "upgrade" fee and I didn't trust it enough to take the chance.
The "Business Center": If you have stayed at nearly any hotel, anywhere, a business center is standard, even in small - or boutique, or independent, or chain, or budget - properties. This can be a dedicated room, as in larger, often chain hotels, or a lone computer with a small printer, as was the case in a recent boutique hotel I visited in Puerto Rico. When I inquired at the desk - Spirit Airlines has now taken to having customers print out boarding passes prior to hitting the airport, since doing so at the terminal will be an additional $10 - the clerk, who had the personality of wet newspaper, indicated a pay-as-you-go internet kiosk. I informed him I simply needed to print out my boarding pass and some passes for the Neon Museum. He literally pointed at the kiosk at the kiosk again without saying anything. Seriously, Days Inn? The fees start at $10 to get 15 minutes, which is certainly enough time to do some printing, but the level of cheapness, even at a cheap hotel, is just tacky. Also, that kiosk is located immediately inside the door, in the smoky, dark lobby, a few feet from the first row of slots in the casino.
Casino/Bar: As mentioned in the "BAD" section, this is where dreams go to die: smoky, dark and filled with folks who don't look as if gambling is something they need to be doing at this point on the timeline. It seems most of the complaints I read prior to making this booking centered around this space, and most of these are (sadly) true. There's just a general malaise that hangs in area, so much so that I took a picture of the cigarette burned toilet paper dispenser in the women's restroom and posted it on social media. You don't need to see that actual photo to get the grossness of that particular picture.

Rated 3 out of 5 by DFERNANDES Great price, great location
If you are looking for a cheap hotel in Vegas, but near everything you just found it.
There is no breakfast, only complimentary coffee at Dennys, but the price is excellent and you are walk distance from strip.
The rooms are really simple, but clean. Check-in and check-out were very easy.
I will definitely stay there again
