This hotel is nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose. Convenience-wise it's great, the perfect location for the Strip. Rooms were plain but clean, and the front desk provided friendly helpful service.

Room smells bad, bed covers were not changed was just rearragned after pervious customer left the room..bathroom looks nice but i realized the water gets accumulated and does not flow. Waterwas leaking from sink as well..if u guys are looking just for good location then go for it...orelse adding few bucks will give umuch better accomodation....

This place was defiantly not somewhere I would recommend while the location was good it had no other services. We think the carpet had fleas. The bathroom had a mold issue.

The place is in the best location. The price was much better than the large hotel/casinos around it. The room, hotel and it's parking lot was dirty. The in-room AC unit was barely able to keep the room cool.

The only thing this place has going for it is the location. We had never been to Vegas before so wanted to get the experience of staying on The Strip but really had no desire to do any gambling. This place is across the street from Planet Hollywood and Aria, Monte Carlo and Bellagio are all nearby so it had that going for it. It is low cost compared to the other hotels/motels in the area.
Unfortunately, that is where any advantages end. Our first impressions of the motel were not favorable but we figured all we wanted was a basic, clean room in which to spend a couple of nights before a tour of the UNLV campus (our main purpose for visiting Las Vegas) and this seemed to fit the bill. Over the next two nights though we came to find that it barely even fulfilled those modest requirements.
The beds were terrible. Any time either my wife or I rolled over, the other would get bounced around. The walls and door in the bathroom were covered with gashes and splinters. The bathtub had chips in the finish. The whole room was in a state of disrepair. The carpets looked clean at first glance but my socks became filthy when walking around with no shoes on.
It's true that the motel offers a free continental breakfast. The trouble is that they just took one of the rooms and put in some tables and a counter with cereal, danishes, juice and coffee. There was space for maybe 10 people to sit.
There is free wi-fi available but we had trouble keeping our devices connected. It looked like the signal strength was fine but it would just drop out unexpectedly.
What should happen is Harley Davidson should purchase the entire property along with the little shops on the same block, level the whole area and put up a decent hotel and casino in the space behind their cafe.

Room was very run down. Worn and stained carpets, old furniture and fixtures, many holes in the walls very poorly patched. Everything looks like it has been repainted many many times. Room door was in such poor condition I was worried about it closing properly.
Was a non-smoking room, but bedspread had at least 5 cigarette burns in it.
The hotel is just off the strip so it's close to a lot of good things, but part of the hotels courtyard is the back of a restaurant on the strip and all their garbage and grease bins are in plain view and SMELL!
The pool is small and never saw anyone in it. It's 40 or 50 ft from the garbage bins as well.
If all you want is a bed to sleep in, this can be a cheaper place to stay but not worth anything else. I paid $100/night, seems cheap in relation to everything else on the strip, but $30-40 is all that someone should pay to stay here.
