Rated 4 out of 5 by EricS Great Place to Crash
Check in was a breeze. They collect a $100 deposit or swipe c card for incidentals. Room was very clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Everything worked. Seems like they remodeled recently. Parking lot is a bit congested. There is more parking in the back. Will stay again.

The last night that I stayed there, there was noise outside about 1 a.m. and it kept me awake. The room that I had on the 3rd floor had a balcony so it was very nice. They have plenty of parking and a lot of wedding chapels on this part of the strip. The food in Vegas is excellent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by IDSTECH Some good a lot bad.
The Good: Clerks polite, Room very clean, nicely kept and arranged. Heater/Air conditioner worked well and relatively quiet. Large 48 inch flat screen TV. Full cable TV access to 63 channels, Free WiFi (wonderful) streaming at >30mbs download and >30mbs UPLOAD. Of course I may have been the only one on it at the time, but still it made streaming movies on my laptop great. In room Small coffee maker with three bags of Heritage coffee along with 4 cups and stirs and napkins. There is a electric plug strip under the desk with three unused outlets and two open electrical plugs on the desk. Two other regular electric wall outlets with unused ports on two other walls. Most Hotel/Motel rooms leave you hard pressed to find more than one or two unused outlet ports.
The Bad: Upon arrival I was asked for my drivers license as expected, but then they wanted to make a photo copy of it and keep it for 90 days. It is okay for me to prove who I am, it is not okay for anyone other than myself to have a copy of my ID. If that is a REQUIREMENT then it should be stated in the same instructions that mentioned I would have to produce a legal form of ID. Had to put a $100 refundable deposit down instead of the license copy. Once in the room, I found NO clothes hangers in the closet, no iron or ironing board, The iron and board were free, but I had to go to the office, get them and carry them back to my room. No trash can in the room, but one in the bath room and one in the dressing room (5 feet apart). Clock flashing as if there was a power failure and showing the wrong time. There is no ice machine on my floor, but one on the third floor and one on the first floor. The one on the third floor doesn't work as well as the one on the first floor. Floor creeks loudly, maybe a bother to people under this room. While TV has HDMI inputs, there in NO WAY to get to them using the remote control. It took 20 minutes to see what did not work and find a way to manipulate the buttons on the TV to access the HDMI inputs. In other words the is no SOURCE button anywhere and there are no UP/DOWN menu buttons either. On check out, I requested something stating that I was leaving with a zero balance. This was impossible, I was told. Out of three people I talked to, everyone of them keep saying, "You paid through LasVegas.com so we can not give you a RECEIPT. The more I said I don't want a receipt, the more frustrated we all became. I simply wanted something in writing that said my bill was paid in full at time of checkout. Or something that said "At the time of checkout my balance was zero. To me that is different than a receipt. After twenty minutes, the manager finally wrote the latter on my LasVegas.com receipt. It should be noted that my check in took only three minutes. While I was waiting in line to check out, the person behind the desk took over eight minutes to check one person out and over ten minutes to check the next person in. That's almost twenty minutes to move two people. All totaled it took me almost forty five minutes to check out.
I've tried not to mention anything not in the control of management. In most ways the good outweigh the bad, but when you are experiencing the bad, it greatly diminishes the good. As to would I stay there again, If pressed I'd say yes. Now that I've seen what needs to be done, I would make sure it was handled before I arrive. I still won't let them copy my divers license. That is a deal breaker. If you are looking for LUXURY surroundings, this in NOT the place. If you are like me and only care about being in a safe, clean, warn/cool room with working amenities, then you'll like this place. You might want to bring your own iron in case the few they have are all in use.

Took really really long time to finish check in. Won't recommend anyone to come here. They should hire more professional people to work there.

Rated 4 out of 5 by SDJ1 Very friendly staff
Wasn't too sure about this hotel at first. Seemed like a questionable part of town (which it is) but overallm not bad. Room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got a really good deal after deciding to stay a second night. They need bigger pillows and at least 4 of those tiny things (travel size) for a queen bed. Plus the shower was very slippery. It would be nice if they added a rubber mat so us older people won't slip. Parking is tight if you have a bigger car or truck. Yet plenty of parking in the back. I would however stay here again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Doubledown21 Decent hotel. Nothing special, but was fine in a pinch.
Customer Service was top notch!! The front desk staff were helpful, knowledgable, extremely polite, just all seemed like great people. The hotel was what I expected. Nothing fancy, by no means perfect, but it was clean, and orderly. The things that were wrong, weren't deal breakers for me, I'm not that picky. It was fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by juullii0 A nice and affordable hotel.
This place was great! Only problem was that it had a lot of loud people and noises, as if the walls were an inch thick. Very good for it's price.
