I was pleasantly surprised with Silver Sevens. It is a locals place for sure and feels comfortable. Food was good and booze was cheap. Everyone was very friendly. They had live music too which was good. Old school R&B. The casino was smaller and a little cramped in areas. The room was was up to date, roomy and clean. It is off the strip next to many restaurants to walk to, including Mortons. The area looks a little sketchy, but never felt unsafe. It will be my new place to stay in Vegas.

Rated 5 out of 5 by TKell Great Value!
My room rate was very affordable without the outlandish resort fees! The hotel was very clean. The onsite restaurants where great!!! The only thing I wished is that the shuttle went to the strip more often.
I will be back

Photo of the king room is a room for disabled. Our room on the third floor was very noisy because of the traffic around the casino. I tried to get another room on the poolside, but got no cooperation at all.
Buffet was very much of te same every day, average. We will not ever come back here.

The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. They have a great restaurant with great prices. I would stay here again and the price was right.

Hotel is very nice for the price. Shuttle to strip is super convenient. 2.99 breakfast and buffet are great deals.

First of all this was my girlfriend birthday vacation and thinking that your getting a 3 star hotel is reassuring. This place is far from it. We checked in at 1 am. Get checked in and go to our room. Toilet seat is broken literally one bolt is broken. Almost fell off toilet. I'm a plumber for a casino. This is not an example of a 3 star hotel. Tried to get it fixed told front desk. Never got fixed the 3 days I was there. Very low water pressure in shower. Entire hallways and rooms smell like smoke but says non smoking room. Never again silver sevens. Also didn't get king size bed I ordered. My girlfriend was very disappointed and I felt bad getting her that room for her birthday.

I got this room at the last minute, so I mostly was looking for an inexpensive place for one night.
Walking in, the hotel check-in is all the way in the back of the casino, and not easy to spot. I had to ask a security officer. So you have to walk through all the gaming going on.
The casino could really use a renovation. It looks very dated. The elevator to the guest rooms is at the end of a long hallway. So be prepared to double back after getting to your floor.
The room was the best part of the hotel. Until you walk into the bathroom. You can tell they made an effort to make the room look modern and are trying to compete with hotels on the strip. Unfortunately they neglected the bathroom. The vanity looked modern like the rest of the room. The bathroom was terrible. No water pressure in the shower, very old paint, and tiles. Seat kept falling down (I'm a man) while I tried to use the toilet.
I did have an issue with my room a/c going out. I called the front desk, and they sent the maintenance workers very quickly. After the 1st attempt at fixing the a/c, it still had problems. They did come back quick and after about 20min, they did pinpoint the issue, and it was fixed.
Everyone from the front desk staff, maintenance crew, and dealers were very nice. They do have a very pleasant attitude about them.
I did not use the pool area, but I could see it from my room. It looked nice. People were out, and seemed to enjoy themselves.
Would I recommend this place? I did check yes, but only if you needed somewhere cheap to stay, but can still be close to the strip. They do offer shuttle service to the strip, so I would take advantage of that. Also they offer hourly shuttle service to the airport.

I visited this hotel with my husband and three children. The pool area was quite nice with the landscaping making it a nice California vibe. The rooms are a bit on the older side. Not horrible. We had a view to the pool. If you are a non smoker,I definitely recommend to get a room in the second or third floor,as the casino is on the first and it smells strongly of cigarette. Even though this hotel is not on the strip,it's actually not too bad of a walk to the strip. Overall,I would book this hotel if need be.
