Rated 5 out of 5 by TeamMathis Great Place To Stay
The Rumor Boutique in Las Vegas was an excellenct choice for our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor scenery, the fact that we were directly across from the Hardrock Hotel and Casino, the excellent staff, and it's overall location was perfect also. We were close to the airport, and only blocks away from downtown Vegas and many other casinos. Using Lyft as our transportation, it only cost about $7 each ride which is great for two people. We highly recommend!

Stayed for five nights, they only clean room once. There are no shuttles to anywhere. $10 a day for fridge rental, wifi sucks. The only things that's cool is the pool.

Great hotel! Can't wait to be back! Does not have a casino (reason for one star) but still a great alternative from the big, overcrowded hotels on the strip. Upon our arrival at the front desk (I forgot her name) I was greeted with a friendly smile and an eager to help attitude. Big plus in my book! Room was spacious and clean. The decor is a knockout! And our bartender Melody was awesome!!
All in all, I will definitely be returning!

The bed was a king and only had two pills with two sheets put together for a blanket. i called down for extra pillows and possibly for an actual blanket from the front desk and they said, "I'll see what I can do." They never brought up extra pillows or a blanket. The heating and a/c unit are mounted on the wall not making for an ideal temperature. The water pressure was weak and the hot tub was dirty.

The room was very nice but was very cold. No heat and the bed only had a couple sheets on it when we asked for blankets we were told they were out and could only give us some more sheets. Still cold all night.

On the outside it seems terrible. But the inside seems to be newly remodeled. If you're looking for a cheap, clean place to stay this is the hotel for you. But don't expect much more.

As far as customer service is concerned, I'm shocked at how unprofessional and unfriendly everyone that worked here was. When we got to our hotel room there was no remote for the tv or a/c anywhere and since it was hot, we went searching for them right away. Upon looking for them we found open and used condoms in the nightstand. DISGUSTING! I immediately called the front desk and she said she was sending a manager up (No apologies). As me and my friend sat in the hot room waiting for someone to come do something for 20-30 minutes, three phone calls later (and still no apologies) someone finally came up but unprepared, no gloves, no sanatizer, no remote for the a/c (still no apologies). She sent someone up to take care of it (the only guy that apologized) who happened to be the same man that helped up carry our bags up stairs. OH YEAH, THE ONLY ELEVATOR IN THE PROPERTY IS IN THE LOBBY, FAR FROM OUR ROOM, which of course the front desk lady didn't tell us when we checked in. The entire hotel looks so run down, like if it used to be nice, and has alot of potential but has poor upkeep. There were piles of laundry throughout the whole floor of our hotel and obviously they don't clean very well. I ignored reviews that said the same thing because I figured they were from complainers but this place was beyond disappointing! The only positive I would give this place is some of the decor and definitely the nice man that helped us with our bags and was the only smiling face, helpful, or apologetic person working there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Becca1985 Burrrrrr it's cold in here
My room didn't have a blanket, just sheets. They ran out of blankets. They ran out of blankets?!?!?! Who runs out of blankets? Even the cheapest motels have blankets! It was 39 degrees outside. Woke up in the middle of the night FREEZING, my husband can't sleep with heat blasting so turning on the heater wasn't an option. My only option was to bundle up in layers of clothes. I could have slept in my car and saved $160. When I complained I manager they took off the resort fee... A measly $18. Thanks
