Rated 3 out of 5 by averagetraveler priced right, ear plugs needed
We have stayed at the fancy casinos/hotels such as Wynn's, Paris, Monte Carlo etc and are tired of paying for the ridiculous "resort Fees" which in reality should be covered under the cost of the room rate, right... Most of the time we are in places like that we end up gambling monies and of course losing a certain amount. We are not high rollers at the tables and truly believe we are leaving plenty of money behind in these hotels to take care of any "resort fee" they seem to think they need to run their business. So weare moving on to decent hotels that actually have something we want, breakfast! We don't spend much time in any room as we are out and about in Lost Wages when we go s why spend those hugh exorbitant fees and rates? This hotel fits our needs and is clean and quite, that is if you discount the jets from the airport going overhead all day long. First night there I couldn't sleep at all. We considered booking a room farther away from the airport then my wife found some ear plugs I have used when operating heavy equipment. WOw that night I slept like a baby and felt great the next morning. And I like it when there is a complimentary continental breakfast although I was disappointed in their offerings. Coffee was ok, no cold cereal and milk, apples that were a bit green, oranges that also could have ripened a bit more, typical danishes and instant out meal. Still it was something to wake up to and appreciated. Management was friendly andcheck in/out went smoothly. So all in all we will go back because it was a fair price for what you get but I will remember to bring my ear plugs for sure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by energydiluted Great deal, but not good for light sleepers.
Main complaint is the location being right by the airport. If you're a light sleeper, you will hear a plane taking off literally every 5 minutes, and I had a horrible nights sleep because of that. Otherwise, the hotel is right next to an okay strip club and a LOT of interesting food options, so those are a plus.
Lady at front desk was polite and friendly. Room itself was much nicer than I expected for the price. Didn't use the pool and the hotel doesn't have a casino, so I probably shouldn't need to have given those a rating. Breakfast was okay, but Vegas.com said it included eggs and waffles, which I don't believe was available (at least not on that day). Decent stay all in all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CaliGal Great value, convenience and staff
Each staff person from front desk to housekeeping that we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating. You can tell they care about guest comfort and convenience. When assigning our room, the front desk gal put thought into where to place us based on our group - she offered a room closest to the front lobby. It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is convenient to everything (airport, the Strip, CVS, shopping, etc.). The hotel is very well maintained and clean by comparison to some other dog-friendly hotels we've been to. There's a small kitchenette with two burners (ask for pots and pans from the front desk if you need them), small dining table area, good bathroom vanity dressing room area, comfy bed and pillows, and the continental breakfast was a nice perk. We normally don't take the time to write reviews, but want to give kudos to this hotel and its management and staff.

Rated 1 out of 5 by unacceptable completely unprofessional staff and inaccessible management
I booked a room with 1 king bed and it listed that there was a business center in the amenities.
When checking in, I was told that I got a free upgrade to 2 full sized beds – what?
I don’t know when going from a King to a Full was changed to be considered an upgrade, but when you are a couple, that is NOT a better deal
They said well, we don’t have any other King rooms and said that it had been happening all week and was Vegas.com’s error
The woman standing behind the guy checking us in said in the hotel business it is first come, first serve and we should know that.
No, what I know is that I made a prepaid reservation on vegas.com for a King bed and I am expecting a King bed.
How is the issue of communication –that was a KNOWN issue for at least a week - between the two of them, my problem?
There was some back and forth between the 2 of them and they determined that the next unsuspecting victim would be “lucky” and get the “upgrade”
Then, we ask where the business center was as my partner needed to check in for work.
The comedy duo behind the desk inform us that the computer is not working, again a KNOWN issue, that was not addressed
So, even though it was clearly advertised and is supposed to be one of the amenities available, no business center.
As we were not impressed with the front desk staff, I asked for a card with the manager’s information.
We were told that there are none and that she would be in the office at 8am the next day until 2 or 3pm and we could speak to her then.
I was in the office at 8am and while there was a new front desk person, there was no manager in sight and when I asked, I was told she was not in yet.
So, then I tried to reach the manager again when checking out.
However, while there was a second new woman at the front desk helping out, still no manager.
When she asked how things were, I told her that I was not happy, she asked if she could help and said, yep, please get the manager, who I had been told would be available that morning.
She said she was not in, so I again asked for contact info and that I had previously requested her/the info, both upon check-in and earlier in the morning.
At this point, I cannot help but think that she was deliberately avoiding me, and/or her staff was lying to me – VERY shady and completely unprofessional!
I thought this was a credible business that I was dealing with here – obviously NOT
She handed me a scrap of paper with a woman’s name written on it.
What a Joke!

Rated 4 out of 5 by TomandBecky Great hotel for stay in Vegas
We stayed in this hotel and were really satisfied with the room. The rooms have a small kitchenette if you want a break from eating out. I would recommend this hotel for those that don't need the fancy casino amenities. Great pool with a waterfall!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cherry23 Bang for your buck
We stayed in 405 with a king bed, mini kitchen of microwave, stove, mini fridge, and sink. Everything about this stay was perfect. The location is off the strip just enough to get away from the madness, but fast enough to get right back into it. Target is conveniently down the street.
The motel is very quaint and clean. The staff is nice; as you are nice to them, they're nice to you.

Spent one night here and all I can say is.. I should have booked both nights of my stay there. The room was great better than a well known name casino and hotel. I was surprised that it even had a lille kitchen. I will be staying here more often now.
