Just got back from Las Vegas on 7/11/16. The Mardi Gras was very close to the airport, but it took the shuttle 1 1/12hr to come pick us up. Then upon arrival to our room, we had to kill a cockroach on the TV stand; the remote was missing; we killed several ants; and the room smelled like smoke. A complaint was sent to the manager and VP regarding the accommodations and the shuttle services and we were quickly moved to an upgraded room that was nicer and 10x cleaner. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Rooms are large. Pool seemed decent however I didn't use it. There was no coffee pot in the room as was advertised. I really need to soak in hot water and the tub wouldn't fill up. The elevator appears it has never been worked on since the hotel opened it took about a minute to go up 2 flights. I was afraid it would get stuck and there were Roaches in the elevator, which means they are probably other places as well.

I'm not sure if it's the room we picked, but there was no microwave to warm up our left over food.

I stayed here mid June 2016 and was dissatisfied with my stay. The staff was great and helped me with everything I needed but everything seemed to go wrong on my visit. First, The WiFi did not work AT ALL during my 3 night stay. the 1st nights excuse was "the EDC festival was going on & their hotel was full so a lot of people were trying to access the WiFi at the same time." 2nd & 3rd night they did not know what the problem was but it was told to me as "router problems". I also tried calling the front desk multiple times to ask them when and if it was going to be fixed but the phone was either busy or rang for minutes at a time with no one picking up. Next, the ice machine did not work at all so if I wanted ice I had to go inside to the bar and get ice. The elevator scared me and was worn down, good thing there are only 2 floors. My room was actually very nice. I had the King size bed, sofa and fridge. Unfortunately the TV only had a few stations and was not HD, it was very blurry watching TV. The electronic lock on the door inside the room was not attached properly so the batteries were exposed. Another thing that was really frustrating was my 2nd and 3rd night I had to go down to the front desk and have them reactivate my room key. I kept 1 key card in my wallet and one in my pants pocket by itself. Neither worked when I went to my room. It was infuriating walking up to my room after a long day out on the strip and seeing the red light when I stuck my key in. Could I have visited when EVERYTHING went wrong & it's normally a good, fully functioning hotel? Sure, but unfortunately my visit left a bad taste and I would not recommend this hotel to a friend or family and I will not stay here when I return to Vegas.

Mardi Gras was ok. Nothing great. TV definitely need to be upgraded. The bed was comfortable. My neighbors was great. The staff was nice. Housekeeping a little annoying. From 1 to 10 i give 7.

The price is unbeatable, so I can understand a minimal kitchenette. Had a refrigerator and lots of counter space. But even a cheap microwave is still minimal.
Yes, I would stay here again, but would appreciate a microwave or anything that will heat water, coffee, or a bowl of soup.
