Rated 1 out of 5 by Sylvie Negative from phone call to check out
I have read other reviews and I am the type of person that likes to be the judge of things myself. I gave this hotel the benefit of the doubt but it failed me. I called a couple of days before to obtain information as to whether this hotel has blow dryers and irons in their rooms. Alexxa (name she gave don't know if its fictitious) did not know this information as she is a new employee so I requested she transfer my call to a seasoned employee. I thought she transferred me but later found out she hung up on me as I called again and same girl answered and said she didn't "like my tone" as I asked to speak to a seasoned employee. WOW! Rooms are dirty, toilet smells like urine, couldn't take a shower as drain was plugged, carpet filthy, no bellboy. Do not get a room here. I will NEVER stay here EVER again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Susanna The location closes to highway and lots of restaurants around. I would not complaint with this price.
The room is spacious and clean. The front desk and the housekeepers are nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by nonotnow Good truck stop or Vegas on the super cheap.
If you're down and out or just refuse to pay resort fees this place is a fair deal for the price. Don't bring the family and expect to just walk to another hotel or casino. But if you need a room to sleep for the night and grab some food it'll work. Good truck stop. Not good touristy type Vegas.

Rated 2 out of 5 by BigAntelope61 There is a reason this one can be booked 'weekend-low rate' !
The Lucky Club Hotel and Casino often is listed as one of the lowest weekend lodging booking rates with Vegas.com and this past weekend I figured out why. It is perhaps a bit unfair that I compare this facility to say the El Cortez or the Santa Fe or any of the Station Hotel Casinos that I have stayed at. The Lucky Club's lodging is just flat out dirty. The floors in the hallways and stairs are gross and dirty. The room overall wasn't bad, not really shabby or anything, just kind of gross and dirty. The tub / shower worked fine but wasn't cleaned really well. The casino is really small and can get 'old' in a hurry. I didn't try any of the eating establishments at the place. The access just off of I-15 Cheyenne exit was convenient but the immediate business area surrounding the casino is pretty rough so as to not want to walk around at night. We only stayed one Saturday night for $50 which was okay for the one night . . . but I definitely wouldn't stay for an extended time at all, nor probably ever again. On a positive note . . . The Hotel desk staff was very helpful and accommodating and friendly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Rams Fair price with clean rooms.
If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep without overpaying, the Luck Club will do. The rooms were clean but the mattress on the beds need to be replaced. The bathroom looks old but the shower works good and the water is hot. Even though we were in a non-smoking room, there were a lingering hint of smoke. The room needed to be aired out. In my opinion the hotel is about due for a update. New beds, carpet replaced and bathroom remodeled. Overall the hotel worked for us. We only needed a place to sleep.

This hotel was a perfect location for the event we attended to. It made it so much nicer to leave and come back. We will definitely be returning for future visits. Thank you!
