You can hear the conversation of the guests of the other rooms so it's oviac that everyone can hear your voice as well

I don't like the fact you take resort fee & then ask for 100.00 deposit
Also the point you ask for towels and they tell you we cant get any until tomorrow after 11am. When that's the check out time and the room smell was horrible and some updated things in the room would be nice

The hotel and staff were extremely rude. First they didn't have a room available when I check in. When in advanced I had reserve a room. Anyways they told me to come back later when they had a room. When I came back a few hours later the guy was being rude. That's when I decided to cancel the reservation. I have had enough with this hotel and its staff. Also because of the hotel policy's I had to pay a one night room reservation even though I didn't stay. Which is pointless because as a hotel they should be concerned with the hospitality of the visitors. This hotel fail in that. I would never recommend this hotel to anybody. If you want to have a good visit in Vegas stay away from this hotel!!!

The only thing is that there is no resort, then also why they are taking the resort fees ?

The hotel location is not far from the strip but it also in a shady looking place. To start off it took 3 hours to check in and once we got our room it smelled liked hamster because the a/c wasn't on. Then coming down stairs to go to the strip we over hear that someones bike was stolen from the top of their car. The parking lot looked shady but not too bad. The Tuscany Hotel was next door which was a great place to gamble but they have security on bikes patrolling the parking lot which the Fortune Hotel should get. I left my car there instead of the Fortune Hotel

Pool closed really early. No local shuttle local shuttle as posted
No dairy or fresh fruit in breakfast. 2 sets of towels for 3 guests. Couldn't get more because no one had keys. Hallways stank and rooms dingy. Location only good thing. Lot beside hotel is barren. Think they're running hotel into the ground then demolish it for a bigger place.

Fortune Hotel is one of the worst I ever stayed in. Room smelled like mold, dirty, holes in the walls, bath towels are stained. Check in service was bad, the guy could not find us in the system, even after I called few days before arriving and confirmed the booking. I would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone to stay at this hotel.

Rated 2 out of 5 by SantaMonica90405 Good price, good location, cleaning staff ?
Fortune is in a good location, for price I paid aprx $75 per nite it`s good value, with a basic breakfast anyway we left a plaque of not much value and a watch of value in our hotel room 3246 building 3 sun apr 17th, later when we discovered our mistake we went back to the Hotel and we were sure our belongings would be there, however they informed us the cleaning person had not turned anything in, I have stayed in basic Hotels in the poorest countries and occasionally left valuables, in all cases in every country everything was returned, was not expecting this here in the US. It is pretty simple to check the honesty of a staff member, simply leave something valuable in a room and see if the cleaner/s turn in the valuables, you have your answer immediately. I don`t really blame the hotel, ultimately they cannot know 100% the character of a given staff member.
