Rated 3 out of 5 by Brent11 Better Than Many, But Needs Improvement
The internet connection worked well and consistently, which has been a nagging problem at many hotels recently patronized. The table, seating and lighting were also better than most other properties with adequate, readily-available outlets for computing devices. The beds were comfortable and contained linens in good repair, although the pillows were skimpy. HOWEVER, the room card keys were testy and hard to use for both the room and the elevator. The HVAC controls took a degree in electrical engineering to figure out. Noise was a BIG problem from other rooms, the loud closing mechanisms on the room doors slams the doors shut, other guests bellowing down the hallways at all hours of the day and night and rooftop A/C units. It took three tries to find a satisfactory room. The hot water temperature was only slightly more than warm, making showering and shaving a real problem. Rooms are given insufficient towel supplies. The television choices were very poor and the remote recalcitrant; when buttons were pushed, they didn't do as they indicated they would. While there was a refrigerator, there was no microwave. The stale, smoke-laden air quality in the casino was a real downer. I did appreciate the lack of the oppressive resort fee so many LV properties choose to impose.

Rooms are nice. Hotel is located in Henderson which is just outside of Vegas, takes at least 15 minutes to drive to strip. Casino is nice, lots of machines to choose from. I only ate the food in the café which is fair.

I was a little leary about going to Eastside Cannery as my family is a devoted Sam's Town group. I chose Eastside because the prices were better than S's this time around. Was I surprised! The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. I was instantly impressed when I pulled into valet and Brian was right there to greet me. Honestly the best, most knowledgeable and kindest valet in Vegas, and I've pretty much tried them all. Everyone from the front desk, to the coffee shop and even Chris the Pit Boss was great, and the room was far beyond what i was expecting for the price. It was like walking into a 4 star hotel on a half star budget. I was extremely impressed with my whole experience. I will definately stay there again. And when you go, tell Brian in Valet, Molly sent you!

If you want to stay away from the strip but still close enough to enjoy the life vegas brings, Eastside Cannery is a great place to stay at :)

First time. Casino and hotel are safe and clean. It had easy and convenient parking lot. It was not noisy as some memtioned. After party at 4am, security was around and love the elevetor that only moves if you have your room key. Very safe!! For sure, i will return and enjoy their comfy beds. Love it!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by irinagnesin Great experience at a modern, clean, and well served hotel
Was upgraded to a suit upon check-in. The room was huge, clean, and located a distance from the strip but the location could be a benefit to those looking for distance from the hustle and bustle of the strip.

Rated 2 out of 5 by sweetexpressions Tesla concert at the Eastside Cannery
The concert was awesome at the Cannery, the room was big and nice but it totally smelled like smoke and was a non smoking room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Warner52 Great room
We stayed at this hotel because it was one of the cheaper ones off the strip. It was a great hotel and our rooms were really nice! It is about 10-15 extra min off the highway, but worth it.
