I really liked the pool area. The entire resort was very family friendly. I did not like however, that there was no valet or bell boy. Also, your instructions asked that everyone in my party be available at check in thus they stood around and immediately after checking in, I was taken to a second desk to sign up for a tour of the resort / timeshare in exchange for goodies. I was tired from my flight and my family was waiting around, brother had a sleeping toddler in his arms. I told the rep several times that now is not a good time but he insisted. All of this really put a damper on our first impression. Ultimately, no one needed to be at check-in but me, I would remove that from your instructions at is a real inconvenience.

My son stayed there for 3 days, he called me to tell me Thank you. Loved the place!. his first time there with friends.

The only thing I had a problem with was that they tried to sell us timeshares 3 times. Pretty irritating no means no.

I brought my kids to the Cancun Resiort because of the pool and activities offered. We all had a blast. The kids did say that the pull out sofa was very uncomfortable. The activities they offered were fun, but you is have to pay extra for any crafts. I love that they include all kitchenware. There is a grocery store right across the street so we loaded the kitchen and saved a bundle. Will definately stay here again.

We've stayed here before - off strip resort with full kitchen, dining room, master suites. Across street from Premium Outlet Mall and Smith's grocery store ( Kroger's on east coast ). Ten minutes to strip. Luxury bedding makes for a great night's sleep. No casino at this hotel, so quite.
Great pool with water slides, room service, very efficient and friendly staff. Will stay there again. Great value.
Cons - very pushy obnoxious timeshare sales people will not leave you alone. As a paying guest I found this offensive.
Every time you walk from your room to the parking lot, the employees are gathered to smoke - you walk through a cloud of smoke every single time you go to your car or come back to your room. Management needs to provide their workers with a place to smoke away from their customers.
Did have several issues - A/C not working, plumbing, leaking coffee pot - but when we called the desk, t hey sent someone up within 10 minutes to fix every problem.
We will stay here again, and recommend this resort all the time.
After many visits to Vegas, we finally went to Red Rock Canyon and it was spectacular. Tried to visit the Hoover Dam - the windy switchback mountain road was too much for us. Freemont Street - the seamy side of Vegas - a real freak show. Favorite casinos - Canal Shops at Venetian, Luxor has a Titanic artifact exhibit and a Bodies exhibit, Fashion Show Mall was just like any mall at home, not worth the time.
M & M store great for kids. Strip at night with all the lights thrills first time visitors. Something for everyone, Best place for a family vacation.

The hotel was fabulous. I was there for work so I wanted the kitchen area, etc... It was wonderful and so was the staff.

The stay was alright, considering the resort was using the generator due to power outage, plus each day I told them the ice machine was not working in our floor, and nothing was done for the 3 days. Kinda disappointed.

Avoid asking the concierge for help. Out experiences with them were unpleasant every time, as they were pushy and rude if we did not have time to listen to their full sales pitch. It might be worth staying somewhere else to avoid the hassle and headache of the rude staff.
