Our room had several cockroaches in it including our bed!!! There was no one to complain to as we couldn't find a manager. The workers were rude and unfriendly. There were six people in our group and we all said "never again" would we stay there!

I arrived on a Wednesday and left Saturday. Casino and hotel virtually empty until Friday night. It was awesome. Being able to walk around a casino floor with out some drunk college punk blindly walking into you was worth while. They need to open their buffet. Food court kinda lags in quality. Room was clean and a/c kept it chill. Need more satellite channels.

My friends and I stayed at Buffalo Bills for four days over this past Memorial Day weekend. Checking in on Thursday was fine as there wasn't a long line and we didn't have to wait. We went to our rooms and went downstairs to drink and play in the casino. We had a hard time tracking down waitstaff for a drink which was surprising since there really wasn't packed. On Friday and Saturday, when things clearly picked up we tried again to head down to the floor to drink and gamble. Again, no waitstaff. When we finally found one she said and I quote "I don't work this section. Someone else does." and walked away with no indication of where the second waitstaff was so we could order. After walking around and seeing no one we decided to treck over to Primm hotel where the service was much better. On Sunday during check out, the line was long which we expected though others did not. There were only two people working and they appeared as if there was no urgency to get the people out of line any faster. No announcement or apology for the wait was offered.
My friends and I just wanted a place to lay our heads as we spent most of the trip driving back and forth from Vegas so we got what we paid for but that doesn't excuse the fact that the staff was inconsiderate and rude.

We love coming to have a good time at Buffalo Bill's.. Every time we enjoy it a lot.. Will be back soon again.

FIRST WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM THAT ANOTHER GUEST WAS ALREADY OCCUPYING. HAD TO GO BACK TO CHECK IN. WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM THAT WE COULD NOT GET THE MENU TO WORK ON THE TV. WANTED TO WATCH MOVIES. AGAIN WE WERE CHANGED TO ANOTHER ROOM. AND THAT NEW ROOM WE WERE ALSO NOT ABLE TO WORK THE MENU TO WATCH PPV MOVIES. FINALLY WE GAVE UP. MY HUSBAND WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.
