Rated 4 out of 5 by Ines Wonderful stay, good service.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay overall. Suggestions: casino would have made it better, and earlier check in would be an excellent rating. 4 pm doesn't work especially when you need to get ready for a wedding but you were the only hotel available close to the venue. Poolside bar ir service is a must. Walking through the lobby in a wet bathing is a liability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DP7745 Great service no resort fee
Calm quiet, nice pool and within walking distance of the strip and all the other hotels that add on a resort fee for things I don't use. It's like selling a toilet without a seat or a lamp without a shade. When are consumers going to wise up?

Rated 4 out of 5 by RelaxingDad Quiet, relaxing, Near the Strip
No gambling. Relaxing pool area(s). A restaurant. A decent breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My wife and I really enjoyed how close it was to everything we wanted to do, but also that you could escape and it was a resort, seemingly, on an Island near the Vegas Strip. We would defiantly go back because of that. It's hard to relax in Las Vegas near the strip. Except for here.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DanoW Don't do it!
I went here for an event, otherwise I would have left after the first night.
The room they stuck us in was simply junk. Stuck us in the ghetto. I know that by two reasons: The first is we had friends in other rooms that were way nicer. I don't mean a different category of room (I had the King Monarch), I mean the double monarch (cheaper rate) had granite counter tops, granite tub surround, non-dilapidated furniture. Our room had painted over tub tiles, peeling away caulking, crusted jet nozzles, laminate counter tops, and dirty worn furniture; And the second reason is the tub made noises all night long - groaning and creaking. Sometimes loud enough to wake both of us.
So that's why if the event wasn't there, we would have left. We asked to be moved but I got the "Oh, you booked this through Vegas.com" routine, and they couldn't find a room to move us to.
Then, for two of the three days there was NO COLD WATER!! Yes, no cold water. Scalding showers. Not just our room, but most of the friends we were there with. We asked.
I've had better rooms in some questionable fleabag hotel 6's.
I got the distinct feeling we were punished because we shopped for a good rate and booked through Vegas.com. And don't forget the 12.99 a day wifi.
Avoid this place!

Rated 4 out of 5 by SDtoVEGAS Good for the price
The rooms are spacious. Convenient access to the Strip but no resort fee. No bustling crowds to deal with (no casino). Choice of three pools is nice. Suggest asking for rooms on north end to avert airport noise. Have run into some issues -- tv quirks, loose door, bathroom water temperature problems. But good outweighs the bad. Will stay there again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DCCalifornia Not for family
When we check in, the front desk was giving me a hard time when I requested for 2 beds instead a king for family of 4. They said I booked though 3rd party and a king size bed was the deal. Anyway, after some unfriendly conversation we end up with a king and a pull up queen. The room was pretty dirty, if you didn't wear shoes your feet would turn black. The bedroom AC was not on and it took about 8-10hrs for the room to cool down to the 72F. As for other hotel guests, they had quite a bit of young college kids that were up late drinking and partying loudly. I thought it's a hotel we stay in not a college apartment. The hotel location and room set up are nice and friendly toward family, but the management were not friendly toward family. I would not take my family back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Yeahitsme Ok if you have family n kids cause no casino
I'm pretty spoiled when it comes to places to stay. After seeing pictures I was super stoked and excited. We rented 2 rooms. One for us and one for the birthday boy of 21- King upstairs and full shower. In the middle of the landing there is a jacuzzi tub, which would have been nice if we didn't have to clean the bugs and dirt out ourselves not to mention over half the knobs are missing. The timer for the jets are in such a spot you could easily fall and bust your butt if your all wet. The carpets were so dirty they stunk and had to wear our "shower shoes" everywhere we walked in our room. The air conditioner was wonderful. The couch was super uncomfortable to sit on. Could barely find anyone who spoke English to help with housekeeping. Cigarette butts and old soap bar found on ledge for shower doors. The doors in shower almost fell off they were so wobbly. Windows do open but no screens. It is nicely located too the KIZZ indoor mini golf. That was awesome. Also hard rock as well. Needs some serious upkeep and maintenance. Not bashing. Just giving my honest review.
