Rated 3 out of 5 by Christineh Good area
Room was not good. The room was not vacuum and very dirty floor. The shower did not have soap conditioner or hair shampoo or any other condiments. Not up to standards to my ability .

Room does not match description from web page. Parking hard to pull out. Located in loud air traffic area. Bathroom lack of ventilation. Toilet not properly secured. Very disappointed.

Room are ok if you wanna party and drink. But if you have A family arriving at 2am no. due to the fact it is set up like a apartment the rooms are freezing or hot. The staff is ALLWAYS very nice but lack knowledge of the rooms.I was given a buffet pass to watery eggs and hard biscuits. Great people though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ines Wonderful stay, good service.
We enjoyed our 1 night stay overall. Suggestions: casino would have made it better, and earlier check in would be an excellent rating. 4 pm doesn't work especially when you need to get ready for a wedding but you were the only hotel available close to the venue. Poolside bar ir service is a must. Walking through the lobby in a wet bathing is a liability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DP7745 Great service no resort fee
Calm quiet, nice pool and within walking distance of the strip and all the other hotels that add on a resort fee for things I don't use. It's like selling a toilet without a seat or a lamp without a shade. When are consumers going to wise up?

Rated 4 out of 5 by RelaxingDad Quiet, relaxing, Near the Strip
No gambling. Relaxing pool area(s). A restaurant. A decent breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and accommodating. My wife and I really enjoyed how close it was to everything we wanted to do, but also that you could escape and it was a resort, seemingly, on an Island near the Vegas Strip. We would defiantly go back because of that. It's hard to relax in Las Vegas near the strip. Except for here.

I went here for an event, otherwise I would have left after the first night.
The room they stuck us in was simply junk. Stuck us in the ghetto. I know that by two reasons: The first is we had friends in other rooms that were way nicer. I don't mean a different category of room (I had the King Monarch), I mean the double monarch (cheaper rate) had granite counter tops, granite tub surround, non-dilapidated furniture. Our room had painted over tub tiles, peeling away caulking, crusted jet nozzles, laminate counter tops, and dirty worn furniture; And the second reason is the tub made noises all night long - groaning and creaking. Sometimes loud enough to wake both of us.
So that's why if the event wasn't there, we would have left. We asked to be moved but I got the "Oh, you booked this through Vegas.com" routine, and they couldn't find a room to move us to.
Then, for two of the three days there was NO COLD WATER!! Yes, no cold water. Scalding showers. Not just our room, but most of the friends we were there with. We asked.
I've had better rooms in some questionable fleabag hotel 6's.
I got the distinct feeling we were punished because we shopped for a good rate and booked through Vegas.com. And don't forget the 12.99 a day wifi.
Avoid this place!

Rated 4 out of 5 by SDtoVEGAS Good for the price
The rooms are spacious. Convenient access to the Strip but no resort fee. No bustling crowds to deal with (no casino). Choice of three pools is nice. Suggest asking for rooms on north end to avert airport noise. Have run into some issues -- tv quirks, loose door, bathroom water temperature problems. But good outweighs the bad. Will stay there again.
