We booked this and paid $30 each x 6 to get in , in advance for a group 50th.... beacuse mainly the picture of the staircase in Blue lights... looks amazing.... not what we got, Upon entry its a grubby bar, very expensive for drinks but LVegas is generally.... once we went out side it was buzzy with good music but a small area.... the views are worth paying for, its amazing.. stunning and words cant say how beautiful it is..... we did find the staircase, ropped of to the downstairs section which was empty.. No one was allowed down.. so very crowded upstairs.. was such a shame as we had hyped up how beautiful it was and i personally was very disappointed it was nothing like the picture.. The lady who birthday it was was, visably a little disappointed when we arrived, but happier once outside, it sadly was a real let down for me . Dress code also was not adheared to as people were in shorts and flipflops and scruffy in general.. But having said all this we had a gd night but it was the view, company we had with us and the music, not the place itself.

Rated 1 out of 5 by NC90042 Great location, horrible service. Very disorganized event!
We arrived at the hotel around 7pm. My friends and I waited in the lobby waiting for the host to find our names and reservations. We had to wait 3 hours to get on the elevator. By the time we got to the 51st floor the open bar was closed. Once we got to the 51st floor we tried doing the Zip line. The person in charge told my cousin that we could do it because he hadn't paid in which finally he let him go on the Zip line.

They only had 1 person working the computer that was giving out tickets and she was doing 10 other things as well. Vegas.com said go to the VIP line but club wouldn't let us in and said we had to get in the general admission line which was about 300 people long. open bar started at 8pm but they didn't start letting people go up until 8:30. Overall really poorly run experience.

The evening started with two very long and unorganized queues. Although our tickets stated we could proceed to the guest list entry, we still had to queue for the club entry. Moreover, as there were two queues and asking the staff did not result in a clear answer, we first lined up in the wrong queue and finally had to switch back to the end of the other queue after a long time of waiting. After finishing the first, correct queue, we then had to line up again in the second queue. Overall, the whole process took more than one hour.
We felt like the staff tried to prevent people from entering during the open bar hour.
The club itself was okay, the view on the fireworks was great, although the fireworks were disappointing.

The club has more of an older crowd. It has an amazing view of the strip. Drinks are great through Vegas.com and entry to the club is great through them as well. The people who work at the club need to work on their communication but overall my experience was great.

I was there for new years, and let me tell you one of the worst club/lounge experience ever! It was so un organized. If you bought your ticket online then you had to wait in a line full of people that only had one lady giving out wristbands. It was alot of people and the line didn't move at all for a couple hours. Then the lady handing out the tickets didn't even seem to care much about anything. After you finally had your wristband you had to get in another line that didn't move fast at all. We showed up at 8 didn't get in till 11. The security seemed rude the door man asked us 5 times how many in our party before letting us in. We paid for open bar from 8-10 and it went to wast from the lines moving so slow. How is one person going to handle maybe 100 people by herself.. horrible experience I definitely wouldn't recommend this place or will be going back.
The place itself was ok beautiful view, music was ok, drinks were strong.. but as I stated I won't be going back

by NewYears What's the point of buying tickets if they don't acknowledge the fact you have them
This was suggested by the vegas.com rep and I bought the tickets thinking it would be a nice way to round out our vacation on New Years. We arrived upstairs at 9:30pm to find 2 lines, one labeled general admission and another one that was shorter with no distinction. Asked a few people if this was the line for people with vip tickets and most said they think so. Some people in the general admission line were being let in and our line wasn't even moving. After standing in this line for 20 minutes it finally started to move....to a lady sitting at a table checking our IDs and marking our name off her list while giving us a red armband. So after that we turned around to the bouncers with our IDs/bands on and he told us to go to back of general admission line which was long and not moving. I just stood there and waited for another bouncer that let us in no problem. I didn't pay $125/person to stand in two lines all night. Finally we make it upstairs and out on the upper level where it was not crowded at all, and we missed the "open bar" by minutes due to their reluctance to let anyone upstairs. The air was quite chilly at 30-something degrees, but the view made up for the rude service. The lower level was blocked off because some people must have purchased table service or ate at the restaurant below. My boyfriend was drinking Jim beam/Coke which were $13 each for an 8 oz cup and according to him, they were watered down. After about an hour, the upstairs attendant guarding the entry to the downstairs area said it was now open to "general public" so my boyfriend and I took the opportunity to see how the lower level compared to the upper level. It was well worth standing outside and partially freezing. It wasn't as windy and the bar served up really strong drinks. We picked a spot near the front edge and waited for the amazing fireworks display. This is truly the best spot to view the fireworks because you see every hotel as they fire in unison. If it weren't for our "luck/persistence" during registration this could have been a complete waste of money. We did miss out on the open bar and chose not to do the zip line because of the horrible registration experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Luckydog18 This club was not what was on the pitchers I reviewed when choosing the place to party. Dress code was not inforced
I wished we would of stayed at the hotel and partied at their club. First time in Vegas and relied on Vegas . Com the photos were nothing like the club. It was run down not classy and not what we were expecting. We had a reserved table that was a joke. Staff was great but the club sucks. Do not go expecting what is described in the Vegas.com rip off.
