Best French Restaurants in Las Vegas
Boeuf Bourguignon. Bouillabaisse. Cassoulet. Ooh, baby, speak French to me. Whether you’re a lifelong Francophile or a total newbie to the world of French cooking, Las Vegas’ French restaurants (and the world-renowned French chefs that call Sin City home) are ready and waiting to give you the French dining experience of your life. Read on for our list of the best French restaurants in Las Vegas and enjoy. We promise that you’ll be feeling like Julia Child herself after just one meal, except that you won’t have to do any of the cooking yourself!
Bouchon at Venetian
With Michelin-starred chef Thomas Keller at the helm, Bouchon serves French bistro classics from morning through night in an elegant main dining room and a lovely outdoor patio. Start your day with French pastries like croissants, pain au chocolat, quiche, and gaufres au levain—that’s basically French for delicious waffles, and they’re topped with fresh berries, maple syrup, and Chantilly cream. Come back later in the day for French classics like steak frites, croquet madame, roasted chicken, and boudin blanc—a white sausage with potato puree and dried French plums.
Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas
Of course there’s a French restaurant at Paris - there’s an Eiffel Tower out front, after all. Mon Ami Gabi is a classic French bistro with something for everyone. The brunch is straight up delish, with myriad pastries, waffles, and quiches. Lunch and dinner service include oysters with mignonette sauce, escargot, charcuterie and cheese plates, and steak frites with your choice of six different sauces. Keep your eye out for their signature rolling wine cart, which is as awesome as it sounds. Oh, and the atmosphere? It’s so charming you might just feel like you’re at a sidewalk café in Paris.
Picasso at Bellagio
The perfect restaurant for a romantic date night, Picasso is a feast for the senses. The dining room is decorated with an extensive collection of original Pablo Picasso artwork and seemingly endless arrangements of flowers. And while the dining room is amazing, we prefer dining al fresco at one of the 16 tables overlooking the iconic Bellagio fountains. But don’t get distracted by all the scenery—the French-inspired food at Picasso is truly the main attraction. Options include a set pre-theater menu, seasonally inspired menus, and a three-course prix fixe menu that includes warm quail salad, Chilean sea bass, and roasted Maine lobster, among other impressive menu items.
Bardot Brasserie at Aria
Chef Michael Mina’s Bardot boasts some of the most authentic (and delicious) Parisian food in Las Vegas, and his extra little touches make all the difference. For example, the escargot isn’t your normal pile o’ snails. At Bardot, they’re individually wrapped in a delicate puff pastry. Other tempting items include the foie gras parfait, duck wings glazed in a blood orange sauce, and Wagyu bone marrow. Oh, and you’ll want to save room for dessert. We recommend the mille feuille (a caramelized puff pastry), the chocolate macaron, and the spiced pear clafoutis (a warm almond cake topped with red wine-poached pears).
Guy Savoy at Caesars Palace
Around the world, chef Guy Savoy is known to be one of the preeminent French chefs, and lucky for us, he’s designed his Las Vegas outpost to emulate his iconic Paris restaurant. On the menu you’ll find some of his classic dishes, like artichoke and black truffle soup and toasted mushroom brioche with black truffle butter. Caviar lovers won’t want to miss the chance to dine in the caviar room, which offers an exclusive menu of caviar dishes, including some of the chef’s personal favorites.
Le Cirque at Bellagio
The Grand Dame of Las Vegas French restaurants, Le Cirque has been a AAA Five Diamond-rated restaurant for as long as we can remember, and that means one thing—you’re in for a treat. Surrounded by colorful, sophisticated décor, you can dig into everything from braised veal cheeks to risotto with porcini mushrooms, to malted milk panna cotta with honeycomb bon-bons.
Eiffel Tower Restaurant at Paris Las Vegas
What could be more French than dining inside a replica of the Eiffel Tower? Okay, okay, maybe dining inside the real Eiffel Tower, but we can’t help you with that one. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant really does pull out all the stops, though, with tasting menus and a la carte options served 100 feet above the Las Vegas Strip with floor-to-ceiling views. Consider dining during off-hours to snag one of their coveted window-side tables.
Morels Steakhouse & Bistro at Palazzo
This stylish restaurant offers something for everyone, from traditional French specialties to modern American dishes, as well as a selection of USDA certified wet aged Midwestern steaks. A selection of more than 60 artisanal cheeses and an iced seafood bar make it hard to decide what to eat first. Indoor and outdoor dining are available, but we prefer the quiet privacy of the booths that line the perimeter.
