VEGAS.com Inks Deals with MBNA America Bank, N.A.

Las Vegas, Nevada - June 16, 2003. A deal has been signed by VEGAS.com and MBNA America Bank, N.A. to issue an exclusive Platinum Plus or Preferred Visa® credit card in conjunction with the new VEGAS.com Reward Program. This joint venture has resulted in the only credit card worldwide dedicated to the city of Vegas.

The VEGAS.com Reward Program lets cardholders trade points for anything sold on the site - accommodations, flights, car rental, dining, nightclubs, shows, front-of-the line club passes, golf, tours and more. Cardholders earn a VEGAS.com point for each dollar spent.

The card is expected to be of great interest not only to visitors but also to locals. Vegas is the fastest-growing city in the country, and residents will have the opportunity to turn everyday purchases into points redeemable for meals, entertainment, spa access and services and other activities at Vegas' world-class resorts.

According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the city hosted more than 35 million visitors last year, and 80% were repeat visitors.
