Client Development Manager


The Client Development Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining and managing relationships with partners and is the client’s advocate for products and services.  



• Analyze data and trends from various platforms to effectively draw conclusions. Use data to drive intelligent conversations with management teams and partners. Make recommendations and intelligent business decisions to increase partner production and bottom line.  
• Create and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners as the primary point of contact for select shows, tours, attractions and nightlife accounts.
• Present data, and growth opportunities to partners and their respective management teams to keep them apprised of their production.
• Meet with all partners once per quarter and experience their products to maximize sales opportunities, and to better make internal marketing recommendations.
• Stay informed on partner business needs, such as sales cycles, reports, city-wide and industry trends and upcoming promotions.
• Educate partners on’s new initiatives, philosophies and market trends. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Work with appropriate internal teams to ensure execution and follow through on all client inquiries, issues and subsequent solutions. Also work with internal teams to launch new products, promotions, inventory and service existing partners needs.  
• Work with Management, Sales and Marketing in developing and presenting new marketing concepts to partners.
• Monitor competitor’s sites, rates, inventories, new initiatives and use this knowledge to make informed recommendations to management.
• Work with Call Center and Retail team to ensure ongoing training and education is provided to effectively present and sell our products.
• Work with Risk Management to review and maintain appropriate insurance levels for
• Work with the contract administration team to draft and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Represent at various industry events where partners are present sometimes after standard business hours / weekends.


The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in analytics, e-commerce, hospitality, client relations, or sales and account management.
• College degree; or equivalent degree in Math, Statistics, Hospitality, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Ability to effectively analyze data and draw conclusions, present information articulately, and respond to questions from managers, partners, executive management, customers, and the general public. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, time management, organizational and analytical skills required.
• Detail oriented, with a strong ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision and prioritize workload to ensure completion of all tasks in a timely manner or within set time frames or deadlines.
• Knowledge of the Las Vegas hospitality market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid Nevada Driver's License and Insurance.
• Flexibility to attend events evening/weekend events.
