I was excited to take this tour because it was my Birthday and I'm a photographer. Perfect tour. So I thought. I was seat 4 which means I was in the back right hand side behind the pilot. Now I know it's called CITY lights tour but this was the description of what would be seen: 'See the fabulous lights of the Las Vegas Strip from high above the neon. You'll complete a 20-mile loop over downtown and Las Vegas Boulevard. Soar over Glitter Gulch, Fremont Street Experience, Stratosphere Tower, Circus Circus, Las Vegas Hilton, Mirage, Treasure Island, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Bally's, MGM Grand, Excalibur, Luxor, Tropicana and much more. Test your bird's-eye luck as you may witness the Fountains at Bellagio and the Volcano at Mirage in action. An unforgettable flight experience.' ........ I saw none of that. The views of the strip could only be seen from the left hand side even on the loop return. I had to hand my camera over to my boyfriend so I could have at least one picture. Sure my view of surrounding Las Vegas were great - but I can see that from the plane. I also wish I would have timed the tour from take off to landing because I swear it was under 10 minutes. I was very disappointed to say the least. I wouldn't be surprised if this tour has mixed ratings depending on where the passenger was sitting. The couple up front had a great view of the strip therefore had a great experience. My boyfriend had great views also but felt horrible for my awful experience so he couldn't enjoy himself. It wasn't even the bad view that rubbed me the wrong way. You put so much planning into a trip especially if it's a special event and for it to turn out like this was definitely disappointing. I would not recommend unless you want to test your luck on your seat selection which is in the hands of the company due to weight balance.

They called the day before to verify information which was appreciated. We upgraded to limo pick up, and he was on time and very friendly. The limo was nice and comfortable for the six people we had.
Upon arriving we were given a plastic sheet to read and told to wait in a area. We say for 45 minutes without anyone speaking to us until the called our name. They led us to the helicopter without comment or instructions. The pilot made a quick joke and did not speak again.
The ride itself was incredible. It is really an amazing way to see the lights of the strip and downtown. Since they do make a loop, it is better to sit on the left side of the aircraft.
When we landed they waved us in to the terminal where we were met by no one except two employees talking to each other at a counter. We stood awkwardly for several minutes and then wandered out front where we found our driver. He did offers to take us anywhere, but just went back to hotel for dinner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by EricaFL Very disappointed
The driver was very cordial and timely. However, that was where it ended. We had to wait over an over for our flight. The helicopter was incredible packed out. We had 4 people in the backseat and 2 up front with the pilot. The pilot did not provide any type of narrative ...not even any type of greeting to the passengers. They provided headphones to listen to music during the ride. For the money I was completely disappointed and would NOT recommend this to anyone.

The limo picks you up at your hotel. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The actual flight over Vegas at night was one of my favorite excursions. The sights are amazing. Worth every dollar!

Rated 2 out of 5 by runner2002 Too long for very little
This was a neat experience though hoping this was the hilight of the trip, I was disappointed to realize, it was the longest event for total amount of time, with very very little experience time. Total time to get picked up, pick up another couple (which I wasn't aware of), driven out to site, wait for a while, and fly with two other couples (which I wasn't aware of) and have a total flight of 15 mins with no tour guide details or anything, and then drop off the other two couples and get back to our hotel. Really too long of a process and would have rather spent big money on a show. ok experience.
