Aspiring race car drivers, get your engines ready! On this unique, informative tour, you will learn how to drive like a pro in no time. 

Reach speeds up to 137 miles per hour in a V-8 NASCAR style stock car that roars with 600 horsepower. Once you arrive and check in at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, you will go through a brief orientation and watch a short video by Richard Petty. Then one of the trained staff members will share tips on how to master the track driving line, acceleration and deceleration points, following distance and other important racing information. During the in-car instruction period, you'll master the details of the race car including entry and exit, shifting pattern and safety devices. Just before you're set to go on your racing adventure, the staff members will go over final details and answer last-minute questions.

During your eight-lap ride around the track, your instructor will join you in the right seat of the car. This way, you'll have a safer and more enjoyable experience, as well as the opportunity to receive immediate feedback on technique, driving line, braking and acceleration points. 

You'll receive a graduation package, which includes a detailed lap-time sheet and an official personalized graduation certificate, which also notes your record time speed.

Participants should arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled driving time for check-in with their valid drivers license and also allow time for completing Liability Waiver and Medical Form. Participants must be at least 16 years of age with a valid drivers license. Students will be issued a driving suit for the class Participants must have the ability to climb through a 15-inch high by 30-inch wide window that sits 36 inches from the ground. The largest driving uniform size is a 3X. 

Guests who book this tour with transportation may bring one guest to accompany them on the shuttle to the track. The tour includes price of driver release fee.
