Fun tour. We had issues though Fun tour. We had two buggies and one was not working right. We were in the first 1/4 of the tour and instead of going and getting us another buggy the guide just had us keep going. It messed everyone's tour. We did not even go through 1/2 the tour. When we got back to the main building I asked for a partial refund. They said they could not do that but that we could go back out gain on another tour. We were tired and dirty and were not up for that. I'm not saying not to go, I think most of the time it is exactly what they promise just be aware issues can happen and you won't get your money back. :/ S. Drake May 30, 2013
Better than I would have guessed. The bottom line was the ride itself was first rate. You would think that only 30 minutes was too short to get much of a rush. However our guide really pushed it. The ride was rough and wild. The buggies were okay. They took quite a beating. If you are looking for a quick adrenaline rush, this is for you. March 26, 2013
I'm sure it will be great when you try it I think this is an awesome thing to do while in Vegas, and you should give it a try if you're up for some excitement away from drinking and gambling. Personally, I had fun and would recommend this tour, but my experience could have been much better. A couple things to note: 1. They will pick you up from your hotel, even though it's not on the drop down list to choose from. Maybe give them a call if your hotel is not on the list. 2. There is no restroom. You are out in the middle of the desert. Go before you leave, then hold it until you are home. 3. There is no tour of the dune buggy garage after which, one of the guides will drive you to the Nellis Dunes. You are driven directly to the dunes and receive your brief orientation there. We sat in traffic on the highway, so maybe this was abnormal to get us there faster. 4. If you have problems with your buggy stalling, tell your guide you want a new one. Otherwise, you'll be wasting your time and everyone in your group's time as they loop back around to pick you up and restart your buggy... for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th time. 5. I was in a group of 2, so we were put with another group of 2. Another group of 3 received their own guide and had a completely different experience. 6. The seats don't move, so if you are short, they add extra seat pads behind you. I'm 5'2" and should have gotten 2 extra seat pads for a better experience. The one pad folded up allowed me to fully press the gas, until I hit bumps. It's more fun if you're going full throttle, so make sure it's easy to reach that pedal :) 7. You have the sun, wind, and sand hitting you. I wasn't exactly sure what to wear, but I would recommend gym shoes, jeans, and a long sleeve shirt. You want to be warm but protected. 8. Try to snag the buggy right behind the guide. It'll be easier to follow their tracks and you can go faster without worrying about hitting the other new driver in front of you. March 12, 2013
AWESOME! The only thing I didn't like was the bus that picked me up abd dropped me off. Other than that it was an awesome experience! Definitely going to do it again next time I'm in Las Vegas!! March 5, 2013
Would recommend to others. We were picked up on time. Taken to there office and allowed to lock up our loose items and pick out helmet and goggles. Would have been nice to have individual hoods so I didn't have to stick my head in the nasty helmet unprotected. We then were taken to the desert were after a short wait we started our "chase". The only warning I have for people is it can be VERY bumpy. If you have a bad back I would not advice doing this. December 30, 2012

4th Time and always fantastic fun and great customer service Once on my own and three times with friends, we all loved it. The driver, office, and guys in the field have always been friendly and professional and make the entire experience total fun from start to finish. I am 58 and my friends have been from 17 to 58 and all loved it. Planning on going again in May. October 19, 2012
