Great tour without spending a huge amount of time Air tour was great even though I was sick as a dog, no fault of the tour group. The pick up van blew a tire on the freeway on the way to the air field. The driver did phenominal, got us safely to the side of the road. It was only her 4th day! Another van picked us up in 15 min! Great service for something that was out of their control! Just questioning the van. March 9, 2013

Good air tour but had shortcomings. Views of Grand Canyon were awesome, but head phones and narration were on and off, could not always hear, which reduced the impact. Staff were friendly, but when we were returned to the hotel, it was raining very hard, and driver dropped us off at far end, had to run thru rain and got very wet. That was unkind and unnecessary. Great views, rocky ride The shuttle to and from the resort was clean and pleasant. The tour headquarters was also clean, efficient and well organized and everyone was very friendly. The plane ride itself provided excellent views of the Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Grand Canyon. The only thing that bothered me was the amount of turbulence on the plane. I know that a smaller plane will bounce around a bit more but I did not expect the constant drops and rocking, nor were we warned about this before the ride. For a full hour I watched my fellow passengers turn green as they fought sickness and was told the flight the day before made 9 people sick! This is NOT the fault of the pilots or the tour but I wish I had a better warning before booking/boarding the plane. I think if you do the earlier flight (6am) it is not as bad because there aren't so many heat waves. Otherwise, the tour was great!! September 19, 2012
