Spectacular Views I was so amazed at the view that I saw. They were all beautiful. I assumed that the weather was always hot in Arizona but was surprised to find the weather a pleasant 53 degrees on this visit. I will do it again myself and will tell everyone I know to go there. Great tour options! We had a great day on our tour to Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon! Our guide Jim, was awesome, funny. helpful and very knowledgable. Knew what points of interest to speak about and interesting pictures to capture! We were picked up by the wrong tour co. by accident and were sure we would miss out on our tour by the time they returned us to our hotel! But thanks to Jim, who took the time to find us and waited for our return, we did not miss out on a wonderful day that we well remember forever!! Thanks Jim!! Take the walk First, I'm not sure how many guides they have, but if you want to really enjoy the day and like a little humor, ask for Barry as your guide. He made the difference. Second, the tour offers the option to walk 2.5 miles along the canyon or just to drive. WALK! When we started the day, 14 of 15 were going to walk. By the time we got there, only 3 people decided to walk. My wife and I are not walkers, but we did it in about 1.5 hours with no problems. We stopped to view the scenery and relax from time to time. The whole purpose of the tour is to be able to walk the canyon. DO IT! The view, the information were terrifice. WHAT A VIEW!. Oh yea, stopping at the Hover dam was good too. Serioulsy, we had a great time and go some good pictures. March 12, 2013
